1、12017 届法学硕博士生学位论文印制和答辩相关规定Regulations of Printing and Defense for Master and Doctor Thesis 2017为保证法学硕(博)士生按要求顺利参加答辩和申请学位,现对硕(博)士学位论文的写作、印制和答辩作如下规定(若有变动,另行通知):The regulations and process of writing, printing and defense are as follows (which is subject to change with prior notice).学位论文的格式Format学位论文应严

2、格按照学校和学院规定的统一格式写作和印制,具体格式详见法学院主页上“下载中心”中的 法学院研究生学位论文技术规范 (2005 年 10 月) 。凡学位论文格式、注释及其他技术规范不符合上述规定者,学院将不予安排答辩。经订正后的印制等费用由学生自理。硕士学位论文的字数(含目录、摘要、注释及参考文献等 )应严格控制在 34 万字之间。博士生学位论文的字数( 含目录、摘要、注释及参考文献等 )应严格控制在 25 万字以内。超字数部分的输入、印制等费用由学生自理。The writing and printing of the graduation thesis should be in accorda

3、nce with the standard format strictly. The papers which do not meet the requirements of format, comments or other standard could not participate in the thesis defense. The printing fee after the first time is borne by the students.The word number of the master thesis (including the contents table, a

4、bstract, comments and reference) should range from 30,000 to 40,000. The word number of the doctor thesis (including the contents table, abstract, comments and reference) should not exceed 250,000. The printing fee which is arisen by exceeding words should be borne by the students.学位论文的印制Printing一、学

5、院指定论文制作点分别是:1位于法学院 1 楼 135 室的文印室 联系人:邹先生 联系电话:156592979182位于南普陀校门管理学院(嘉庚一号楼)一楼门口天翼书店的文印室,联系人:翁女士,联系电话:8880116;15359255819 请根据自己的方便,选择以上任意一家印制学位论文。确定一家印刷点之后,不得中途更换,否则费用自理。I. The assigned printing site is:1. Printing room, room 135 at 1st floor of law school; contact person: Mr. Zou; Contact phone: 15

Printing room in Tian Yi Bookstore, 1st floor of management school near the Nanputuo Gate (Jiageng one building); contact person: Ms. Weng; Contact phone: 880116, 1535955819You can choose either one but cannot change to another one since youve printed in one of them.二、印制费用的基本标准如下:1. 总印制费

7、:硕士每人论文制作费不得超过 150 元(15 本) ,超过部分自付。博士每人论文制作费不得超过 1100 元(17 本) ,超过部分自付。22. 印制费只用于制作论文正本,不得用于论文录入、排版和输出等。II. Printing fee1. Overall printing fee: for masters, the printing fee per person should not exceed 150 RMB yuan (15 copies). The exceeding expense is borne by the students; for PhD candidates, the

8、 printing fee per person should not exceed 1100 RMB yuan (17 copies). The exceeding expense is borne by the students.2. The printing fee is only for thesis printing, not for inputting, typesetting or outputting.三、印制时注意事项如下:1. 因“盲审”论文封面和书脊有特殊格式,硕士生论文送印时,需向印制点说明是否盲审,以便印制点特殊处理。博士生论文全部按“盲审”格式印制。盲审论文一般硕士

9、生 2 本,博士生 3 本。2. 凭盖有法学院公章的“法学院研究生学位论文印制工作单”到印制点印制论文,并由印制点在该工作单上填写论文印制费用。3. 根据印制费用的基本标准和论文印制实际情况,核对“法学院研究生学位论文印制工作单”上的各项内容是否属实,如有错误,立即与印制点核实。核实无误后在“送印人签字”一栏上签字确认。4. 无钉的论文指用胶水或其它方式粘合的论文,不能有金属钉。III. Notes:1. When printing, you should inform the printing room whether your thesis is for “blind review” as

10、 there are specific printing requirements for the blind review.2. You shall bring the Thesis Printing Form with the stamp of law school, print your thesis at the assigning printing room and fill in the printing fee on the form.3. Please confirm the correctness of the “Thesis Printing Form” and sign

The paper without nail refers to the paper with glue or other means. 学位论文的评阅答辩费用Defense expense 一、研究生毕业论文评阅及答辩劳酬包括:1. 校外专家论文评阅费(税后)2. 校内专家论文评阅费(税后)3. 校外专家参加论文答辩劳务费(税后)4. 校内专家参加论文答辩劳务费5. 论文答辩委员会秘书劳务费研究生毕业论文答辩环节的上述相关费用由学院统一承担。I. The expense of thesis review and defense include:1. paper review

13、d above is borne by the school.二、校外专家来校参加博士生毕业论文答辩(硕士答辩一般无校外专家)的差旅费、住宿费以及除学院宴请以外的接待费,由参加答辩的博士生负责承担。多人参加答辩的,可自行协商进行合理分摊。II. The travel, accommodation and other expense (not including dining) are borne by the doctor candidates. If there are several candidates in one defense, the expense will be shared

14、.三、研究生参加毕业论文答辩,若因第一次答辩未获通过,需要重新修改论文后再次参加答辩的,除应自行承担毕业论文重新打印制作费外,硕士生还应承担第五条第 1 至 4 项所规定的费用,博士生还3应承担第五条第 1、3、4 项和第六条所规定的费用。III. If the master fail the first defense and need to modify the paper to attend the second defense, the printing fee and the expense mentioned above from item 1 to item 4 are born

15、e by the master, the item1, 3, 4 and 6.四、学院正式启动毕业论文答辩程序时,拟参加答辩的研究生应向答辩委员会秘书预交需由个人承担的经费,否则不安排参加答辩。答辩委员会秘书应在答辩结束后,及时结清相关费用,多退少补,并将收支情况书面报送学院研究生教学秘书备案。IV. Before the school initiates the defense process, the master should pre-pay the expense to the secretary of the defense committee, otherwise s/he cou

The secretary should settle relevant expense in time after the defense and provide written records of the expense to the teaching secretary of the school.学位论文的提交、送审和答辩Submitting, review and defense一、学位论文提交、送审和答辩等时间安排I. Timetable for thesis submission, review and defense根据学

17、校文件,每年规定三次硕/博士授予学位的时间,分别是 6 月上旬、9 月中旬和 12 月中旬,我院规定的提交论文时间相应地有三次,分别是 3 月 25 日、6 月 1 日、10 月 15 日。There are 3 times to confer master/doctor degree according to the university regulations, the beginning of June, the middle of September and the middle of December. The school specifies accordingly that th

18、ere are 3 times of submitting papers, April 1, June 1 and October 15.考虑到硕士研究生论文制作、送审、答辩及授予学位材料的整理等流程所需花费的时间,学院特将2017 年预计安排答辩的程序和时间都罗列在下表中,请大家参照此时间表准备,以免延误毕业和领取证书。博士研究生的论文制作及送审流程参考硕士研究生学位论文制作及送审流程的时间安排,但因专家评阅时间较长,交论文正本时间需在拟答辩日期的两个月之前,而且博士学位证在授予日期之后需经过一个月争议期后才能领取。In consideration of the time cost in p

19、rinting, review, defense and materials collection, we have listed the planned process and time of defense (master) in the following chart for your reference. The process of doctor paper could refer to the masters. But as the time for experts review takes long, you should submit the paper 2 months be

Specific requirements for paper submitting(一)提交论文正本(纸质版)打印好的 15 本(博士 17 本)论文正本用途如下:1.硕士提交论文 11 本(不包括无钉的那本) ,博士提交论文 13 本(不包括无钉的那本) ;2.提交答辩袋材料时,请将无钉书钉的那本论文(导师在论文封面签字)放到答辩袋中一起提交;3.另外提交论文 1 本给导师,1 本答辩通过后交图书馆,1 本学生自用。交论文正本时所提交论文均需由硕博士生本人在“原创性声明”和“著作权使用

26、声明”上签名(盲审用的论文除外) ;其中需有 1 本由导师在封面签字。无订书钉的那本论文也需导师签字。(1) Submitting your thesis (in paper)The 15 printing papers (17 for doctor candidates) are used for:1. 11 copies (master); 13 copies (doctor) to the teaching secretary;2. 1 copy with the defense documents to the teaching secretary (with your supervi

27、sors signature on the cover);3. 1 copy to your supervisor, 1 to the library after the defense, 1 for yourself.All copies should be signed in “declaration of originality of dissertation for the masters degree” and 5“statement of authorship” (except for the thesis for blind review); one copy should al

28、so be signed by your supervisor. The copy without nail also should be signed by your supervisor.(二)提交论文电子版1.论文电子版需与纸质版一致;2.电子版论文为 WORD 格式,必须含论文封面、原创性声明、学位论文著作权声明、摘要、目录、正文、脚注、参考文献等学位论文的全部组成部分。命名规则:学号_作者_篇名_专业_导师,例如:13620111150_我国股息经济性重复征税研究基于股息个人所得税新规的再思考_经济法学专业_。注意,专业名称写完整(按照其他事项中的专业名称写) 。3.拟第一批次答辩的

29、电子版论文提前发给学委,学委统一整理后,于 3 月 25 日前提交研究生秘书邮箱 。另两个批次的则由论文作者于提交论文正本当天提交研究生秘书。4.除此之外,博士研究生另需提供电子版论文,论文命名规则为:“10384_二级学科码(即专业代码)_学号_LW”,例如:“10384_010101_ 10220100153001_LW”。要求将在学期间的主要科研成果(论文、著作、作品、专利、发明或科研奖励,与学位论文相关的成果后面加*号,可直接复制研究生系统中的科研成果汇总表) ,附在论文最后一页(可授学位后添加,纸质版论文正本可不添加) 。(2) Submitting your thesis (ele

30、ctronic edition)1. The digital version should the same with the paper one;2. The school will examine your paper with “TMLC”; the result will be feed back in a week and then the thesis will be sent for review.3. The digital version should be in PDF format. It should include cover, originality stateme

Review remarks of academic thesis for master/doctor in XMUin duplicate (in triplicate for doctors)(二)提交时间和袋内材料要求1. 学位论文评阅书应在提交学位论文正本的当天随论文一起交到 B320 室,以便及时将论文送审。(非盲审是 1 份送校外评阅,1 份送校内评阅;双盲评审是

37、 2 份都送校外评阅;评阅时间一样)2. 答辩袋内其他材料请在交论文后的一周内交到 B320 室(一般应由学生自己送交,由导师或同学送交的需保证材料填写齐全无误且在规定时间内送交,否则不予接收) 。应包括的材料有:(1)领到答辩袋时袋里已有的各式表格,论文评阅书除外。(2)1 本无钉的论文。(3)博士还需提交:厦门大学研究生科研成果汇总表(研究生院主页学生系统填报科研成果信息,请导师审核通过后,持原件到 B320 室审核,通过后打印,本人签字) ;两篇已发表并审核过的核心文章的刊物封面、目录、论文首页及尾页,出版的专著、教材或已获得的专利授权书复印件等。硕士已取消授学位发表论文的规定,不需提交

Please send the other materials in the defense bag to B320 within a week after submitting your thesis (you should submit in person, if the supervisor or classmates send it for you, you should make sure all the materials are provided in accurate form. Otherwise the materials wont be

40、accepted). The required materials are:(1) The forms already in defense bag except the review remarks of thesis.(2) A copy of your thesis (no nail in it).(3) The doctors should submit: a. Research achievements summary of graduates in XMU (fill in the relevant information in graduate system and ask fo

41、r approval by supervisor. Send the original certification for checking and sign on the printing copy); b. Journal cover, catalogue, the first and last page of two core papers published and checked already, published monograph, textbook or copy of patent authorization.(三)填写以上表格的说明(3) Illustration to
