43、因此至 2015 年廉租住房应配建 1265 套,2020 年应为 1352 套。2010年国务院关于加大统筹城乡发展力度进一步夯实农业农村发展基础的若干意见提出,“多渠道多形式改善农民工居住条件,鼓励有条件的城市将有稳定职业并在城市居住一定年限的农民工逐步纳入城镇住房保障体系”。因此综合考虑上述因素,2015 年廉租住房建设 1300 套,2020年 1500 套。截至到 2013 年,沙湾县县城共有 638套廉租住房,本规划按照沙湾县住房十二五规划, 2014-2015年新增廉租住房 115 套,2016-2020年新增廉租住房 747 套。表 2 沙湾县中心城区规划新增廉租住房汇总表年度
