7、 at a height less than 150 m (500 ft) above the ground or water.VFR飞行相关规定Provisions VFR Flights Shall Comply with 中国民航大学空管学院航行系管制规则与程序除经有关 ATS当局批准之外， VFR飞行不得：a) 在日落至日出之间飞行；b) 在 FL200以上飞行；c) 作跨音速或超音速飞行；d) 在 RVSM空域；e) 在城市、集镇或居民区等人口稠密地区或露天公众集会上空，航空器半径 600米以内距障碍物的高小于 300米（ 1 000英尺）的空域飞行；f) 离地面或水面的高小于 15
