On this basis, developing the sports industry for the elderly is proposed, and also the advanta

3、ges and disadvantages of the industrial development are analyzed together. Finally, suggestions are proposed about promoting the development of the sports industry for the elderly in China. 4、ging Development in China 1.1 Current Situation of the Aging Development in China The latest data, which was released by Chinas Aging Office, showed that the number of the aging population above 60 years 2old had reached 184.99 million by the end of 2011, accounting for 13.7% of the total population

5、, and increasing by 0.4% from the prior year. According to the international definition on aging society, a society can be judged to enter aging society if the proportion of the elderly above 60 years old has been higher than 10% in the total population. 1.2 Life State of the Elderly under the Backg

Entering the aging stage not only means the increase of the age, but also gives rise to a series of other problems. First, there is a psychological gap in the elderly. Second, l

Developing the sports industry for the elderly is beneficial not only to the deve

Through the development of the sports industry, social employment opportunities and residents employment rates can be increased, and simultaneously the overall economy can be promoted

15、 better and more rapidly. In a few decades, the aging population in China has increased from less than 10% of the total population in the past to 40% of the total population at present. The demands of so many old people on sports market have not yet been fully satisfied, and also a mature market has

16、 not yet been formed in the sports industry for the elderly. For this reason, it is necessary to lay a stress on the role of demands in stimulating economy and consumption. 3. Analysis on the Feasibility of Developing the Sports Industry for the Elderly Along with the intensification of social aging

Up to now, the development of the sports industry for the elderly has been attempted only in some economically developed areas. In many areas,

For this reason, in the pricing of the industrial services, it is impossible to consider the benefits of all groups or most groups. Whether increasingly more old people can

Through making relevant industrial policies and regulations, not only policy supports can be provided for the development of the industry, but also the industry can be reasonably standardized, thus ensuring the correctness of its development direction. These established policies and standards actually play a decisive role in the management level and operation status of the
