25、经济又好又快、更好更快发展创造良好的公正廉洁高效的法治环境，就必须加强队伍建设，提高政法部门领导干部的政治素质、业务素质和思想品德素质。近期我们通过深入基层、市直政法各部门及社会各界采取以走访、座谈、交流等形式多渠道进行了深入的政法队伍建设调研和综合分析，初步掌握了安康市政法队伍建设的基本情况，在此基础上提出一些加强安康市政法队伍建设的建议和对策，起抛砖引玉之用。一、基本状况近年来，安康市政法各部门不断加强政法队伍建设，着力提高基层政法干警素质，无论是人员结构、年龄结构和文化结构等诸多因素都发生深刻的变化。为保民生、保稳定、促和谐，推动社会经济各项事业健康发展，发挥了积极作用。（一）人员结构：

26、安康市现有政法干警 631 人，其中政法委机关 20 人，法院系统 103 人，检察系统 63 人，公安系统 393 人，司法行政系统 52 人。基层公安派出所 22 个，乡镇（街道）法庭 6 个，司法所 21 个。基层政法干警 193 人，其中公安民警 160 人，法官 12 人，司法助理员 21 人。（二）年龄结构：安康市政法干警中，30 岁以下 107 人，占总数的 17%；31 岁至 50 岁 454 人，占总数的 71%；51 岁至 60 岁 80人，占总数的 12%。balanced and run the satisfaction of the people education.
