42、人防设备层。一层门厅，二层报告厅，三层餐厅，四至七层客房，八至十二层办公室，十三层智能网设备层，十四层数据中心，十五层计费中心。由某设计研究总院设计，由某建筑公司施工。二、工程介绍及说明1、电部份本大楼总装机容量为 2584KW，计算有效功率为 1565KW，大楼低压配电采用放射式与树干式相结合的方式。对重要的用电负荷，采用电缆放射式供电。一级负荷，采用双回路供电（如机房、电梯、消防，精密空调、通风、排污）在最末端，配电箱双电源自动切换，一级负荷，供电采用耐火电缆 NH-VV-1KV。一般负荷采用阻燃电缆 ZR-VV-1KV 敷设于大楼电缆井及地下室电缆桥架内，穿地下室人防墙电缆设置防爆套管。
