9、eyes look at the front directly .Action 2:turn your waist right ,with your left foot up the ground a little, make your front foot touch the ground, and your body face the right west .and your kuaka backward ,make it empty foot .your hands move along with your body ,your waist downward ,put your left
10、 hand before your left knee ,turn your right hand outside before your waist downward. And let you palm of the hand face left. When you down your waist ,make your figures downward . Your hands downward like into the water. Until your finesse is the same level with your knee ,and your eyes look at the
11、 front about one meter long .第 20 式 闪通臂 Flash the ArmsFirst: The hip and the left knee move forward slightly; the first half of the body move backwards; the upper body turns bended waist to straight. At the same time, lift both hands. The right hand should keep the same height with the forehead, and
12、 the inner of the hand faces left; the left hand keeps a little higher than the hip. The inner of the hand inclines forward. Eyes look towards west. Second: The left leg lifts and steps forward; the heel touches the ground first; the tiptoe keeps towards west. Meantime, the right hand changes the inner of the hand to outside and keeps the same height with the forehead. The right hand should move backwards and the left lifts the same level with the shoulder. The palm moves forwards and the eyes look towards the direction of left hand.
