13、 IEA IA for FM 贡献。 IEA FM ExCo 投票通过接受中国作为非成员国加入此协议由科技部于1997年3月完成签署加入协议步骤,相关活动与合作,从正式签署加入此协议之后，我们积极参与相关活动，即使因某些原因不能派人参加执委会会议，也都将相关信息用电子版发给执委会参与交流；2009年我们分别派人参与了IEA的聚变材料辐照效应研究合作讨论会和一年一次执委会会议。承担钒合金（Valloy，IEAHeat）统一样品，性能测试合作研究和此合金在聚变应用研究，作我们点滴贡献 。,现在在研合作项目,IEA Workshop on Vanadium Alloys for Fusion App

Chernov, Russia,收获与问题,让国际同行了解我们，我们也了解国际同行；为中国聚变材料研究参与多边、双边等国际合作起到积极的促进作用。无专门国际合作经费，且基础设施差，在IEA聚变材料执委会当场承担国际合作内容时和完成合作内容时，很难承担较重要任务，使我们发挥出更大作用，做出更大贡献,呼吁与建议,呼吁国家能源局、科技部高新司促进中国聚变材料研究制定国家规划；并建议：在规划中确定有专门国际合作经费，使中国聚变材料研究更好地发展，与国内国外聚变研究协调一致 ITER配套经费 高校基础研究 DEMO 材料工程可行性 需要系统地（较长期稳定地）研究 裂变n模拟聚变n辐照研究，一次性装入几百个样品 逐年（经过十几年） 1100 dpa IFMIF,谢谢！,
