12、Type Certification and Production Certification, and other related work. （2）适航监督主要包括对航空器生产的程序监督工作和对航空器运行的持续监督工作，及其他工作。 Airworthiness supervision includes supervision to aircraft production and operation, and other related work.,三、对国外航空器的适航管理 Airworthiness Management for Importing Civil Aviation Airc

13、raft,1、必须有出口国的适航证件。 There must be one of airworthiness certificates issued by exporting country.2、如果有双边适航协定，则审定比较简单。 If there is a bilateral airworthiness agreement, airworthiness certification would be simplified.,3、如果没有双边适航协定，则直接向民航总局申请。民航总局根据具体情况处理。 If without a bilateral airworthiness agreement,
