2、 Recommended Practices,民用机场航空器活动区道路交通安全管理规则 (修改稿)第一章 总 则 第一条 为加强民用机场航空器活动区道路交通管理,保障民用航空活动的安全,根据中华人民共和国民用航空安全保卫条例和法律、法规的有关规定,制定本规则。第二条 在航空器活动区道路通行的车辆、行人须遵守本规则。 第三条 在航空器活动区道路通行的车辆、行人须遵循右侧通行的原则,按规定路线通行,避让航空器。 第四条 除经特别许可外,畜力车、三轮车、摩托车、自行车以及履带式机动车辆,不得进入航空器活动区。第五条 机场管理机构负责本规则的组织实施。 第六条 车辆、人员所属单位应当配合机场管理机构实
