Correspondingly, the aim of the Convention states: The purpose of the present Convention is to promote, protect and ensure the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental free

20、学留学的时候，其导师作为公约的主要起草者之一，张巍先生得以了解；张巍先生受到中国残疾人联合会国际部的邀请，作为海外专家参与公约条款的讨论；2.2 批准过程 Ratificaction Process心智联会没有参与全国人民代表大会常务委员会的立法过程；此事由全国人大法工委提交审议，没有民间组织参与；2.3 reporting processCIDDN had not took part in the initial report of China government,2.4 Review Process,2.4.1shadow report Enable Disability Study I

CIDDN has bee
