Care must be taken not to extend this incision too far distally, as this may damage to the posterior interosseous nerve, as it lay over the radial neck.ANNULARLIGAMENTRADIAL HEAD FRACTUREA Freer elevator or small osteotome is introduced tomobilize the radial head fracture.
