8、据。庭上,以解剖学为基础的西医理论无法解释通过口耳相传的经验中医学,许大同最后终于失去冷静和理智,法官当庭宣布剥夺许大同的监护权,不准他与儿子见面。父亲因此事决定回国,为了让老人临行再见一面孙子,许大同从儿童监护所偷出儿子丹尼斯到机场送别,因此受到警方通缉,父子分离,夫妻分居,朋友决裂,工作丢失,接连不断的灾难恶梦般降临,一个原来美好幸福的家庭转眼间变得支离破碎。影片结尾,在一家人不懈的努力和朋友的帮忙下,终于向法庭证明什么是中国的“刮痧”,一家人得以团圆。争论焦点刮痧这部电影从很多角度展现了中美文化的差异,以及许多的正面碰撞,很形象很生动地展现在剧情的发展之中。以这部电影为切入点,深入了解美

9、国与中国的文化差异。二、主题部分(阐明有关主题的历史背景、现状和发展方向,以及对这些问题的评述)影片中反映的文化差异1)中西方对于孩子教育的差异西方家长普遍认为孩子从出生那天起就是一个独立的个体,有自己独立的意愿和个性。无论是家长、老师还是亲友,都没有特权去支配和限制他的行为,在大多数情况下都不能替孩子做选择,而是要使孩子感到他是自己的主人,甚至在什么情况下说什么话,家长都要仔细考虑,尊重和理解孩子的心理。而中国家长则大都要求孩子顺从、听话。2)中国式的孝道与美国的区别美国家长对13岁以前的孩子过于平等地讲民主,讲道理,一个孩子从小就可以和你争辩,错了父母也不批评,这个孩子到长大后不是不5爱你

10、们,而是习惯了和父母的争论,只讲道理不讲情面。而孝道其实说白了就是谦让,不是西方国家在工业革命后受科技的影响,什么都要讲理,越来越像机器一样,就连关爱他人也是很机械的,不灵活。这也正是西方孝道很难形成,以及他们很难理解中国孝道的原因。3)外国法律与中国人眼中的人情面子的冲突在法庭上昆兰(影片中中国男主人公的美国朋友)在面对法官的闻讯说出的他认为的事情的真相,可是在大同看来这却是对朋友的出卖。4)对于中国传统文化的歪解与正说影片中反映出了西方人对西游记的曲解和对孙悟空这个角色的误读,以及他们对中医原理的不理解。刮痧这部电影从很多角度展现了中美文化的差异,以及许多的正面碰撞,很形象很生动地展现在剧
