3、。研修学院立足国家广电总局，面向全国广电系统开展各种层次、多种类型的理论与专业培训，并为国内外有关专题研讨和各类会议提供服务。研修学院长期承担着国家广电总局交办的培训项目，包括国际培训、党校班、公务员培训班、各类广播影视业务及专业技术人员培训班等。在确保出色完成任务的同时，研修学院还抓住当前我国广播影视产业化、数字化发展的特点，独立策划和完成了多个培训项目，并在进一步拓展国际合作培训、完善职业资格培训和学历教育、广泛开展各种适应性短期培训等方面进行了许多积极的尝试。研修学院为亚太广播发展机构(AIBD)国内首家附属会员，并与联合国教科文组织（UNESCO）、亚太广播联盟（ABU）、亚洲开发银行

4、（ADB）、亚太广播发展机构（AIBD）、德国之声、法国国家视听研究院（INA）等国际广电机构合作举办了国际性、区域性和国内专题研讨班,并承办了商务部、外交部及总局的多边国家国际研修项目和专门的国际培训项目。截至 2016 年底，来自五大洲 143 个国家 2784 名广播电视中高层管理者、新闻官员以及技术人员参加了中心举办的各类研修项目。研修学院将继续致力于广播、电影、电视事业培训工作的发展和创新，迎接新技术和经济增长所带来的机遇和挑战。2项目内容介绍受中华人民共和国商务部委托，本项目的主要内容有：中国国情、中国广播影视基本情况及发展战略、媒体融合背景下的中国广电机构应对、信息采编和写作中的

5、新闻理念和新闻准则等媒体专题讲座。研修班将邀请中国国家新闻出版广电总局相关业务司局、政府相关部门资深官员、主流媒体机构资深记者编辑和大学知名专家、教授为学员授课。该研修班采取课堂教学与实地考察相结合的方式。研修期间，将安排学员参观和考察中国国际广播电台、中国网络电视台、中国企业、城市建设及文化古迹，并安排学员赴陕西省西安市进行实地考察，了解相关地方广播电视发展情况，以使学员对现代中国以及媒体融合背景下的中国广电有更全面的了解，更好的理解所学知识，以便在未来工作中更有效的处理有关中国事务，进一步促进友好合作。3Project DescriptionName 2017 Seminar for Ma

11、ut the Organizer The State Administration of Press, Publication，Radio, Film and Television（SAPPRFT） is an administrative body directly under the State Council in charge of the public broadcasting services in China. It is the administrative department responsible for giving guidelines to the developm

12、ent of press, publication, radio, film and television undertakings nationwide.The Research and Training Institute (Training Center) of SAPPRFT is an operating bureau of SAPPRFT. As a non-profit institute, it is the largest education and training organization in press, publication, radio, film, and T

13、V industry of China. The Institute executes a majority of SAPPRFTs training projects and also works on training projects concerning professional qualification, media management, audiovisual archiving, broadcasting technologies, new media, etc. With a strong belief in professionalism and innovation,

14、the Institute strives to become a world-class training organization with high professional standards.The Institute owns rich experience and abundant teaching resources. It has extended its connections with both central and local radio/TV stations. The Institute organizes experienced professionals to

17、industry for other developing countries. Until 2016, there are more than 2784 officials and managers from 143 countries of five continents coming to take part in our different kinds of seminars. R.C., the program includes different topics related with radio and television field, such as Chinas national condition, Chinas radio and TV development strat

19、egy, new media development, operation idea and innovation of broadcasting organizations, the exchange and cooperation between China broadcasting organizations and foreign partners, etc. Senior officials from the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of China and rele

20、vant departments, experts and professors from prestigious universities will be invited to give introductions about what mentioned above. In the meanwhile, a combination of classroom discussion and field visits will be applied to this program, and participants will have chance to visit some sections

21、of government organs, China Radio International, China Central Television, Chinese enterprises, cities and cultural relics etc. Besides, participants will be invited to take study tours to Xian City, Shaanxi Province so as to have a better understanding of local radio and TV development, and get the whole picture of Chinas media landscape. With a better knowledge of China, hopefully all participants will use it while dealing with issues about China, and do their parts to promote friendly relations with China.
