1、福州大学博士后科研流动站热忱欢迎您学校简介福州大学创建于 1958 年，地处福建省省会福州市，世界一流学科建设高校，福建省人民政府与国家教育部共建高校。学校以工为主、理工结合，理、工、经、管、文、法、艺等多学科协调发展。现有国家重点学科 1 个、国家重点（培育）学科 1 个。化学、工程学和材料科学 3 个学科进入国际 ESI 学科排名前 1%。学校现有博士后科研流动站 11 个，一级学科博士点 10 个、二级学科博士点 3 个（不含一级学科覆盖）、一级学科硕士点 36 个、二级学科硕士点 7 个（不含一级学科覆盖）、专业学位授权点 12 个。目前各类研究生超过 1 万人。Fuzhou Univ

11、mmunication EngineeringPhysics and Information Engineering CollegeCHEN L福利待遇1、学校给予理工类全职博士后年薪 13 万元起（税前），管理类全职博士后年薪11 万元起（税前）；2、学校负责办理社会保险，提供 60 平方米以内的宿舍供全职博士后住宿，须按标准交纳房租；若校内暂无合适房源，允许全职博士后到学校周边自租房源居住，学校给予 2000 元/ 月（税后）的租房补贴；3、全职博士后的科研成果按照学校相关奖励办法进行奖励，各站点根据博士后工作情况和贡献度，可有配套奖励（详见各站点招收需求表）。1.Fuzhou Unive

12、rsity will offer 130 thousand Chinese Yuan (before tax) as the yearly salary for full-time postdoctoral researchers of science,and 110 thousands Chinese Yuan (before tax) for full-time postdoctoral researchersof management.2. The university will provide social insurance, and a dormitory within 60 fo

13、r each full-time postdoctoral researcher, but hee should pay the normal rent. If there is no dormitory available, hee may rent a flat near the university, for which the university will give 2000 Chinese Yuan (after tax) as the monthly subsidy for the rent.3.The university will include the research results of full-time postdoctoral researchers in the performance salary distribution system.附件： 福州大学博士后流动站招收需求表（11 个）
