3、ng to harvest in Hainan farm负责海南农场从播种到收获的各个环节Organize and supervise planting, pollination and harvest processes组织并监督播种、授粉、收获的流程Collect field data, make analysis and report收集整理并分析田间数据Responsible for safety and germplasm security in Hainan farm负责海南农场的安全管理及种子资源的安全Duties/Responsibilities主要工作职责：1. Nurser

4、y field management 育种田间管理Organize and supervise nursery field work including field preparation, planting design, irrigation, pesticide and herbicide application, weed control and fertilizer application etc.组织，监督田间管理工作包括：试验田准备、播种设计、灌溉、杀虫、打药、除草、施肥、间苗等。2. Experiment tasks田间试验Responsible for organizing
