3、工业研究院成立于 1955 年,是中国历史最悠久、规模最大的食品工业科研机构,是我国食品行业中最重要的技术支撑平台和多个食品产业的奠基人。建院以来,共取得了 60 余项国家级和省部级奖励,承担了近 800 项国家、省部级科研项目,服务企业超过 10000 家,形成产值数千亿元,为我国食品行业建立和发展做出了巨大贡献。中国食品发酵工业研究院依托自身雄厚的技术力量在食品新产品、技术研发、标准制定、质量检测等方面建立了权威的地位。挂靠有十多个产品的国家标准和国际标准秘书处和行业协会秘书处及国家食品质量监督检验中心、全国食品发酵标准化中心、中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心、中德发酵酒品质与安全国际联合研

4、究中心、全国食品发酵工业信息中心、北京市蛋白功能肽工程技术研究中心和国际培训中心。中国食品发酵工业研究院自 2005 年起连续承办了 82 期商务部发展中国家援外官员及技术培训项目,培训主题涉及“食品安全管理”、 “食品安全检测技术 ”、 “生物技术在食品工业的应用”、 “农产品加工” 、 “食品加工及保藏技术 ”、 “水果加工及综合利用”等。通过承办援外培训项目,我院的食品安全及食品生物技术培训已成为国际行业内人才培养和技术交流的重要平台。截止到 2016 年年底,已培训了来自 129 个发展中国家和地区的 3100 多名官员和技术人员。有效地促进了发展中国家食品科技产业进步和经济发展,对于

5、推动我国在食品领域对外交流合作、贸易往来和技术输出发挥了积极作用。项目内容介绍受中华人民共和国商务部委托,中国食品发酵工业研究院将于 2017 年 6 月 13 日至 8 月 7 日举办“2017 年“一带一路”国家食品安全检测技术研修班”,为期 56 天。本次培训班将使学员了解中国食品安全检测技术的发展现状和概况,系统学习食品安全检测技术的基本理论知识、方法,掌握应用食品安全检测技术手段解决本国食品安全问题的基本方法。本次培训将紧紧围绕“食品安全检测技术”这一主题,详细介绍中国食品安全的现状和中国食品安全体系,并就食品安全检测应用技术、转基因食品检测技术、食品中有害微生物及化学性污染物等多个

13、st history and largest scale, as well as the most important technical platform in food industry and founder of multiple food sectors. Since its establishment, CNRIFFI has won more than 60 awards on national, ministerial and provincial levels and has undertaken nearly 800 scientific research projects

By providing services worth hundreds of billions of RMB yuan for over 10,000 enterprises, the Institute has made tremendous contribution to the development of Chinas food industry. Building on its strong technical capacity, CNRIFFI has retained author

The objective of this training course is to enable trainees to

22、 understand the general situation and development of Chinas food safety inspection technology, update trainees knowledge and skills of food safety inspection and to grasp practical solutions to solve food safety problems in home countries. Focusing on “food safety inspection technology”, this traini

23、ng course will highlight Chinas food safety situation and framework. Various theme lectures will be covered during the program: practical food safety inspection technology, GMO food inspection technology, Inspection technology of harmful chemical, Inspection technology of natural toxin, etc. The tra

24、ining package will also include experiments and factory visits. Participants will conduct on-site investigations and exchanges in Shanghai and Changsha city of Hunan Province. We hope to help strengthen links of technical R&D institutes and equipment manufacturers between China and countries along t

25、he Belt and Road.This program aims to showcase the development and achievements that China has scored in food safety and help participants fully understand the status quo, development trend and experiences of Chinas efforts in food safety management.
