2、的身份证件和资料用于核实本人的身份，并同意承担因身份证件和资料不实所产生的全部责任；3、本人承诺以自己的名义报名并参赛，遵守组委会关于号码布不能转让他人使用的规定；4、本人全面理解并同意遵守组委会所制订的各项规程、规则、规定、要求及采取的措施；5、本人将严格遵守北京市治安法律法规及赛事组织的相关规定，不携带违禁物品及液体进入天安门广场，不借助交通工具完成比赛；6、本人充分了解马拉松运动及参赛过程中可能存在的风险，已为参赛做好准备；7、本人自愿承担比赛期间发生的自身意外风险责任，且同意组委会对于非组委会原因造成的人身意外或其他任何形式的损失不承担任何形式的赔偿；8、本人同意组委会为本人投保人身意

3、外险，具体内容已从保险说明书（点此阅读详情）中知晓，本人均予以认可；9、本人承诺不使用违禁药品，并同意按照竞赛要求接受兴奋剂检查；10、本人同意接受组委会在比赛期间提供的现场急救性质的医务治疗（含 AED 自动体外除颤器治疗），超出组委会投保范围的费用由本人自行承担；11、本人将听从组委会工作人员指挥，遵守比赛纪律，保障比赛的顺利进行；12、本人承诺按照组委会规定的方式寄存个人物品，未按规定寄存造成的损失由本人承担；13、本人承诺不在比赛起终点、路线沿途非卫生间区域随地便溺，不随意丢弃垃圾，共同保护环境；14、本人同意不私自制作、涂改、遮挡号码布；15、本人承诺不穿着或佩戴可能导致其他选手受伤

4、或跌倒的服装或设备，不佩戴面具参赛；不穿着可能会引起选手或观众不适的服装服饰参赛；16、本人承诺不穿着带有政治或宗教主张口号、图案、标语的服装服饰参赛；17、本人同意穿着组委会提供参赛服，本人承诺不穿着以商业品牌宣传为目的或带有未经组委会允许的组织、机构logo 的服装服饰参赛；18、本人同意组委会无偿使用本人的肖像、姓名、声音和其它个人信息用于比赛的组织和推广。Participant Declaration1. I agree to provide valid personal identity documents and information to organizers for personal status confirmation, and undertake full liabilities due to the false individual documents and information provided; 3. I promise that I

6、shall register to the competition based on all my true individual information, and will not transfer my bib number to any others; 4. I understand comprehensively and agree with all regulations, rules, requirements and measures instituted by the Beijing Marathon Organizing Committee and event co-orga

7、nizers (hereafter referred to as “organizers”); 5. I will strictly abide by the laws and regulations of Beijing Municipality and the rules of the race. I will not bring prohibited items and liquids into the starting area, and will not complete the race by taking public transportation; 6. I am aware

8、that there are certain risks associated with marathon running and fully prepared for the race;7. I understand comprehensively all potential risks in the competition, and has already prepared precautionary measures based on personal health; I am willing to undertake the full responsibility of all per

9、sonal emergency risks which occur during the competition, and agree that the organizers do not undertake any compensations and responsibilities of injury, death, or any other forms of loss, which is caused by run themselves;8. I accept that personal accident insurance provided by the organizers, and

10、 all detailed clauses have been recognized and approved from the insurance instruction book;9. I promise not to use illicit drugs and accept the doping test required by the organizers, if necessary;10. I agree to accept the first aid and emergent medical treatment provided by the organizers during t

11、he competition (including the use of AED), and I shall pay the expenditures by myself in accordance with medical treatment incurred in hospital;11. I assure that I will obey the supervision and instruction of the event judges and working staff during the event.12. I promise that I will follow the in

12、structions stated in the event guide to store my bag at the right time and in the right place at the start area. I personally take full responsibilities if my bag is missing or damaged due to not follow the instructions.13. I will not defecate indiscriminately, dont throw rubbish everywhere. Help th

13、e volunteer to protect the environment.14. It is prohibited to forge, alter or shield the bib number;15. It is prohibited to dress in clothing or wearing gear that may be dangerous to other participants as it may hurt them or cause a fall. Running with the whole part of the face covered is also not

14、allowed. It is prohibited to dress inappropriately for a sports event or in clothing that is unpleasant to other participants or spectators.16. Clothing for the purpose of political or religious assertions or propaganda, as well as advertising is not allowed to appear during the race.17. The organiz

15、ing committee recommends that the participants wear the T-shirt provided by the organizing committee as much as possible. Clothing for the purpose of promoting or advertising an individual name, a specified region or an organization that Beijing Marathon Organization Committee does not acknowledge i
