2、ging knowledge and their application of Law.二、基本规格要求Skills Profile1. 具有扎实的法学基础理论和宽厚的法学专业知识，熟悉我国的主要法律、法规，掌握与本专业相关的经济学、社会学、管理学和自然科学技术知识，对法学理论知识有比较系统、深入的理解与把握，并了解学科前沿和发展趋势；2. 富于开拓创新精神，具备从事本专业和相邻专业实际工作和研究工作的素质与能力，包括独立获取知识的能力、运用知识解决实际问题的能力、思辨能力、口头表达能力、写作能力、社会交往能力、管理与组织能力等；3. 熟悉一门外语，有一定的听、说、读、写能力。As stude
