2、开发、生产、出版、播出、演出和销售，以及与动漫形象有关的服装、玩具、电子游戏等衍生产品的生产和经营的产业，是当今世界最具成长性的文化产业。它既产生可 观的经济效益，又对文化影响产生深远推动力。许多发达国家都把动漫产业视为本国的支柱产业。大力发展我国的动漫产业，对加快我国国民经济的发展，增强中华民族优秀文化的继承和传播，抵制外来文化的渗透，都具有重要而现实的意义。 党的十六大确立了文化产业的发展方向，政府高度关心和重视我国动漫产业的发展，并制定、颁布了一系列政策促进动漫产业的发展。这些重大举措的出台，使国内动漫产业在短时间内呈现出蓬勃的发展态势，成为众多企业争相涌入的行业，纷纷建立企业自身的动漫
3、素材数据库，供广大动漫爱好者、动漫作者欣赏、使用。然而，目前各 个动漫企业建立的数据库存在种类繁芜、重复建设等问题，造成资源的浪费的同时，也对相关人员查找资源造成了较大的阻碍。基于此，本文讨论了 SOA 的架构与服务，提出了面向动漫作品推广应用的基于 SOA 面向服务的用户界面服务、流程服务、系统服务三方面的整合，构建全新的动漫作品推广公共服务平台，并分析其在改进现有系统中独特的优势和作用。 关键词 ： 动漫产业； SOA；动漫作品；推广；流程整合Abstract Animation industry, refers to the “creative“ as the core, animati
