1、项目名称: 新型宿主因子在流感等病毒致病过程中的功能研究推荐奖种: 自然科学奖推荐单位: 福建省教育厅项目简介:流感等病毒是严重危害动物和人类健康的重要病原,频繁的区域性暴发、不时突现的高致病性禽流感与不确定的大流行引发了社会极度的恐慌并造成巨大的经济损失。更重要的是,流感病毒不断变异并传播流行,时刻警示新一轮高致病性流感暴发的潜在性。本团队研究这些不断变异的病原与宿主靶细胞、天然免疫系统相互作用的分子基础,筛选参与流感等重要病毒致病过程的新型宿主因子,深入研究它们的功能与作用机制,逐步阐释流感等病毒的致病机理,为防控这类疾病提供科学指导。项目取得的重大原创性成果包括:1、在国际上首次筛选、鉴
