36、要求工作时牵引力大，在发动机功率不可能太大的情况下要求速度小，排气管短，导致消音部分少，常冒黑烟。该工作人员结论是在不牺牲拖拉机的使用性能的条件下这两个特点很难改变。厂房内机床主要有履带式清洗机，摇臂钻床，转塔式六角车床和全自动花键轴铣床等。车间使用电动葫芦运送工件，电动葫芦的起重量均为一吨。进入车间，三个大型的数控加工中心非常凸显，主要加工对象为变速箱箱体加工。车间分两部分，零部件加工区和装配区。零部件加工区加工一些在装配时用的小零件，装配流水线的装配步骤是有严格要求的。装配时分工，按照总一，分装，大件，小件，轴杆，总二，结构件的顺序来装配。3、参观一拖动力机械有限公司该公司前身为一拖第一发

44、司，平均每 45 分钟可以装配一台柴油发动机。4、参观一拖第一锻造分公司该锻造厂 1959 年建成投产，锻件年生产能力 35000 吨，品种 800 余个。设备齐全，现有大型锻件(曲轴)生产线三条，小型曲轴生产线一条，建造了具有国内先进水平的悬挂式热处理调质线，引进前已和国内 30 多个厂家建立了协作关系，可为用户提供优质的农业机械、工程机械、动力机械、军工外贸等各种类型的锻件。执行的行业标准是汽车行业的三方认证。平锻设备中有 1600t，2000t 等锻造机械，经过加热与锻打，左右挤压成型等步骤。平锻中主要是加热锻打和切边，自由锻是过渡性质的，加热方式有煤气炉加热和中频感应加热。比如曲轴的锻
