9、DN225HDPE管(高密度乙烯管),管顶最小覆土高度不得小于 1.2m,管道分距路两侧的机动车道与非机动车道之间的分隔带下的路基内,在标准路段距路基中心线 19.496m(左侧)和19.5m(右侧),施工方法均采用开槽埋管施工。工程量有各种管径的管道长度12000m,圆形雨水井及检查井 285个,方形雨水井及检查井 11个,排放口一个。三、工程特点及难点1、K10+865 跨路基横向排水管施工根据设计图布置,雨水管在 K10+865处由路基左侧横距机动车道布管到右侧与右侧的雨水管汇合后再横向伸出红线外的排放口,在施工中需开挖机动车道的路基施工,给管道的施工带来一定的难度。2、雨水井、检查井的

10、施工本项目雨水井、检查井的数量较多,且挖深都是 3m左右,施工要考虑排水及支撑,如组织不好会影响施工的速度及质量。3、土建软基处理由于本工程处于填海段和软基处理段,施工中要特别注意管道基础处理,如处理不好易发生管道基础不均匀沉降,给工程带来质量隐患。四、施工准备1、技术准备(1)详细勘察管道沿线实际情况,对施工现场情况进行摸底。(2)组织工程施工技术人员参与设计单位、建设单位的施工图会审和企业内施工技术交底,了解施工特点和技术要求,熟悉施工操作规程和各项技术数据。(3)编制施工方案。2、物资准备(1)根据施工进度计划提前作好各种材料、设备、机具进出场计划;choose the correct

37、有地下障碍物(管、缆)的地段由人工开挖,严禁破坏.b.沟槽开挖尽量按先深后浅顺序进行,以利排水。c.挖槽土方处置,按现场暂存、场外暂存、外运相结合的原则进行。开槽土方凡适宜回填的土选择妥善位置进行堆放,但不得覆盖测量的标记,均暂存于现场用于沟槽回填。回填土施工前制定合理土方调配计划,减少土方外运及现场土方调运。d.开槽后及时约请各有关人员验槽,验槽合格后方可进行下道工序。如遇槽底土基不符合设计要求,及时与设计、监理单位及地勘部门联系,共同研究基底处理措施,方可进行下道工序。choose the correct meaning; (4) to correct the typos; (5) so

46、,雨水管道地基承载力不小于 80Kpa,如果小于 80KPa时地基要做相应加固处理,处理方法按相关规定执行。32 测量中心轴线,井中心线,标高,并放出基础边线。在沟底设置水平小木桩,桩顶标高为管道平基混凝土面的标高。33 碎石、砂垫层应先将碎石、砂拌匀然后铺设,铺筑垫层时应边铺边检平,并用平板振动器在垫层面上予以振动压实。34 按照测出的基础边线安装平基侧模板,模板内外打撑钉牢,并在模板内侧弹线用以控制混凝土浇筑高度。35 模板安装时要注意板面平整,拼缝严密,模板与砼相接触的表面应涂扫脱模剂以利于模板的拆除。36 平基浇筑砼时应严格按水平控制桩取面,振捣密实。浇筑时注意在管中线至两侧各 20c
