7、天。该村居住着 23户 115 人。共有耕地面积 180 余亩，该村引用水源来自黑沟冒水洞处浸水，该组主产小麦、玉米等农作物，油菜、时令蔬菜等经济作物，主要经济林木有核桃、花椒等干果类和苹果、梨等水果类。1.2 工程建设条件黑沟系潘沟支流，流向由北向南。天然落差280米。沟长约3.8公里，在原铁厂处汇入潘沟。工程建设项目所需的砂、石料等天然建筑材料在冷碛镇就近采购，运距较近；水泥可采用兴隆镇山盛水泥厂或冷碛镇泸定桥水泥厂生产的水泥，钢筋、管材、阀体、配件等可在泸定或成都购买。1.3 供水范围、对象本工程设计解决冷碛镇黑沟村一组的饮水安全，共解决 23 户、115 人饮水安全。根据水源方案综合分

44、.46 元，粮食作物产量1875 吨。黑沟村一组共有 23 户，人口 115 人。黑沟村一组现有耕地面积约 180 亩。主要以小麦、玉米粮食作物为主，辅以蔬菜等经济作物以及核桃、樱桃、苹果、板栗等经济林木。2.3 供水现状及存在的主要问题黑沟村一组人饮供水工程修建于 90 年代，管网采用黑胶管或钢管，已严重老化，以及人口数量的增加，水量远远不能满足农户饮用水需要，还 有部分农户接引农灌堰的水来解决农村饮水问题。农灌堰内污染严重，牲畜粪便以及树叶、虫子经常落入水中，常常是牲畜、住户共饮一水，这种极不卫生的用水状况严重影响人民的身体健康，虽然村两委采取了一系列的措施，如加大宣传、定期检查、安装水表
