21、上层混凝土,混凝土分层浇筑厚度不超过 40cm。(5)浇筑混凝土时,采用插入式振捣棒捣固。振捣应符合下列规定:a、使用插入式振动棒时,移动间距不应超过振捣棒作用半径的 1.5 倍;与 侧模应保持 510cm 的距离;插入下层混凝土 510cm;每一处振捣完毕后边振动边徐徐提出振动棒;避免振动棒碰撞模板、钢筋及其他预埋件。b、对每一振动部位,必须振动到该部位混凝土密实为止。密实的标志是混凝土停止下沉、不再有气泡冒出、表面呈现平坦、泛浆。(6)混凝土的浇筑必须连续进行,如因故间断,间断时间应小于前层混凝土的初凝时间或能重塑的时间。允许间断时间应经试验确定,若超过允许间断时间,须采取保证质量措施或按

31、、一揉挤法砌筑,禁止用灌浆法砌筑。实心砌体采用一顺一丁、梅花丁或三顺一丁的砌筑形式。砖砌体的灰缝应横平竖直、厚薄均匀,并填满砂浆。砌体水平灰缝的砂浆饱满度不小于 80%,厚度以 10mm 为准。竖缝采用挤浆或加浆方法,不得出现明缝,严禁用水冲浆灌缝,控制厚度为1012mm。砂浆采用机械拌合,拌合时间不少于 2min,随拌随用,砌筑砂浆采用 M7.5 水泥砂浆,座浆、抹三角灰、流槽抹面均采用 1:2 防水水泥砂浆。水泥砂浆抹面一般分两道抹面,第一道砂浆抹面后,将表面搓成粗糙面或划出纹道。待砂浆收水后抹第二道砂浆,再用木板搓平,最后抹光,保证砂浆密实,光洁美观。阀门井 爬梯按设计图纸要求设置,做到
32、安装牢固、灌浆密实。1.6 阀门井周的回填土(1)、现浇砼水泥砂浆的强度应达到设计规定的强度后方允许回填。严禁与浇注井体同步回填。(2)、井周 50cm 宽范围内的回填材料,均应采用无砂大孔混合料或低标号混凝土,并振捣密实。故本设计在排水阀门井(井室、井室盖板、井筒周边)50CM范围内应全部回填 C15 无砂大孔混合料(配比 425#水泥:石头:水=0.244:1.02:0.05),并振捣密实。(3)、压实机具:按规范配置的压路机具。特别要配置小型机械如蛙式打夯机和立式冲击夯等。在施工中,优先采用立式冲击夯。(4)、压实工艺:井室周围的回填,应与管道沟槽的回填同时进行,当井室周围的回填与管道沟

41、凝土,并在保证在混合料强度达到要求时才能回料。井室周围回填压实时应沿井室中心对称进行,且不得漏夯。在进入道路结构层施工时,除采用压路机碾压外,还应采用蛙式打夯机或立式冲击夯逐层对井周 60 公分范围内进行补夯,以清除碾压死角。1.7 人孔、井框(盖)安装施工(1)、对井周进行加固:在井筒安装施工完成后,要对井周进行加固。具体做法是:沿井筒周围放加固钢筋箍;放置预制钢筋砼井圈,注意要将预制砼井圈平面位置及标高调整好(井圈顶至设计路面标高之间的厚度为路面厚,井圈与井室平面位置一致);井周浇筑无砂大孔混合料或低标号混凝土进行加固(浇筑砼时必需严格采用机械振捣);用临时盖板将井口盖好。(2)、对阀门井
42、井盖标高的调整井盖标高的调整具体做法是:露出预制钢筋砼井圈;确定阀门井的井盖 标高;将阀门井盖放置在预制钢筋砼井圈上,井盖底沿井周用 46 个铁制楔型塞,将井盖顶面调至放线标高位置;井盖底与预制钢筋砼井圈间用高标号砂浆进行填充;每调好一座井后,用围护进行隔离,直至砂浆达到强度后方可撤去围护;井周用砼进行补填,并用冲击夯具进行夯实。1.8 砂浆抹面以及防水涂层施工1.8.1 材料准备(1)水泥:325 号及其以上矿渣水泥或普通水泥,颜色一致,宜采用同一批号的产品。1.8.1.2 砂:平均粒径 0.350.5mm 的中砂,砂颗粒要求坚硬洁净,不得含有粘土、草根、树叶、碱质及其它有机物等有害物质。砂
