39、钢尺测量并复查。预埋铁板待检查、测量合格后,检查其他项目。柱吊装前再次检查柱的各种基准点、中心线、吊(捆扎)点以及表面是否有损坏和污垢,确认无误后开始捆扎和吊装。钢柱吊装前,应先将柱脚螺栓表面清理干净。为消除立柱长度制造误差对立柱标高的影响,吊装前,从立柱顶端向下量出理论标高为 1m 的截面,并作一明显标记,便于校正立柱标高时使用。在立柱下底板上表面,做通过立柱中心的纵横轴十字交叉线。吊装前复核钢丝绳、吊具强度并检查有无缺陷和安全隐患。(2) 、吊点的选择本工程全部为钢柱,弹性较好,因此吊点采用一点起吊,吊耳放置在柱顶处,柱身垂直、易于对线校正。(3) 、起吊方法本工程采用 QY16 型汽车吊
