By June, the subscribers to China Telecom Shanghais MONET took 73% of the total Internet users in this city. The average bandwidth of the broadband users has exceeded 20Mb. According to NetIndex, CCIndex and 360, Shanghai ranked No. 1 in China in terms of the Internet speed. Then, here comes the 6th time of Internet speed increase, which will bring the Internet industry of Shanghai to a new height.
