环保NGO发展的问题探析2010 【摘要】环保NGO，是一种非政府的、非营利性的、志愿从事环境保护公益事业的社会组织。在我国，环保NGO起步较晚，发展缓慢，主要受到经济因素、政治体制、思想文化、自身水平、法律制度等方面的制约。本文对各种因素进行了分析，并提出了相应的解决对策，以期改善我国环保NGO的现状，适应我国经济发展和社会主义现代化事业。【英文摘要】The Non-Governmental Organizations(NGO) for environmental protection is a kind of organization with non-governmental 、non-beneficial and volunteers to be engaged in the environmental protection public utility.
