2、体系简介技术的创新轨迹同时驱动着经济的发展(DOSI1982)。分析这个过程往往把重点放在新技术的产生和扩散,代理商和组织参与这一进程并促进机构发展。熊彼特(1939年)之后,工业部门的分析,主要是关注具有划时代意义的物理技术,制造行业(如钢铁,化工,微电子,生物技术等),和有关金融,交通和通信服务业的组件概念,也可能是经济演变的过程中不可或缺的艺术和文化部门,版权产业或创意产业(CIS)(文化厅,媒体和体育,英国政府2001年),但却是很少被受理(霍金斯2001年)。但我认为,这也许是一个重要的监督,虽然不是在“文化作用”方向上,(参见琼斯1995年,2006年),而是在这些部门的贡献上,在
