2、具有长期性。因此FDI在融资方面具有波动性小,在金融危机时更具有稳定性。(2)但是,债务的增加对于东道国而言可能是资金的耗费远远多于投资,海外直接投资被运用的更有成效。(3)海外直接投资预计将会对经济的增长具有更强的影响力,而不仅仅只是提供资金。它为企业提供给了接触国际市场的机会,使企业能够掌握技术和管理经验,使企业进入市场、渗透市场变得简单。FDI的风险分担性是毋庸置疑的,这表明对于融资空间低于发达国家的发展中国家来说,FDI确实是吸收外部融资的最佳方式。此外,实证研究也表明FDI比其他融资手段要更加的稳定。在图1中,通过以变异系数(标准差除以平均值)作为衡量市场波动性的标准,对不同形式的资

5、时间序列分析得出不同结论。BORNSTEIN等人(1998)通过交叉分析并得出结果,即FDI对于国内资本的构造具有强有力的积极影响。其他交叉分析研究也反驳了FDI将会挤掉国内投资这一说法。时间序列研究得出结论总结为以下几个LIPSEY说“我们不要过于期望通过时间序列分析得出FDI对于固定资产投资的增长产生何种影响。”通过LIPSEY个人进行的回归分析可以知道,过去的FDI对于当前时3期的投资比例并不存在显著的正面影响。对于经济的增长是否会给FDI带来影响,观点也是模棱两可的。联合国贸易和发展会议(1999年)提出了各种不同的估计(大部分都设定了一个特定的方式),但是还是不能看出FDI对经济的增
