No Paid Service The Central Military Commission（CMC） ， the highest authority that runs Chinas armed forces， plans to gradually terminate all paid se

According to the document， military units will no longer be allowed to launch new programs or sign new contracts for paid services， and expired contracts may not be renewed. Relief Plan China unveiled a revised disaster relief plan on March 24 to fine tune its ability to deal with rescue missions.
