Green HOPSCA is a sustainable urban complex, based on the commercial city complex, integrating a variety of energy saving elements that make these elements combined with a variety of business functions. Wuhan

Key words: GHOPSCA, Energy Saving, Eco-Building The Definition of Green Urban Complex HOPSCA 2Urban complex also known as the city commercial complex, namely HOPSCA, is today highest form of real estate model. Along with the integration of urban function

5、s, scale and large-scale organization of space and flow lines, urban complex conforms to into a new complex real estate. HOPSCA consists of the first letter of the following words or phrases: Hotel, Office Building, Park, and Shopping mall, Convention or Club and Apartment. A basic urban complex inc

6、ludes a combination of the above at least three functions, and each of them can establish a mutual synergy dynamic interdependent relationship with each other. This high efficiency building community is a function-based, complemented with multi-kinds of functions supporting, so they are often also k

7、nown as the “city within a city”. The emergence of HOPSCA reflects the dual mode of commercial facilities and life service and is an advancing architectural pattern. Improved the overall layout, functional and obvious characteristics, decentralized, diversified, multi-level modern service area, all

8、of these features make the it into new height and new carrier of modern real estate complex. Urban complex can play a great role of improvement of a citys economic development and improvement of commercial facilities. 3It can bring a huge demand space and opportunities for urban, and this organic co

9、mbination will release enormous energy, and certainly not a simple superposition of several industries. Green Urban Complex “Green complex” is a brand new city complex construction mode, and its practice emerged earlier than its definition and theory. But the current academic community has no conclu

10、sion on the theory, but in practice only to apply more this concept for commercial advertising. So its concept and connection is confused. 1 “Green” means green ecology, resource conservation, environmental protection, which is the heart temperament of the green complex; “complex” that is city compl

11、ex, is the essential attribute of the green complex. So we can define it as a functional mixing zone, which takes the green complex environment-friendly as the core, integrates into diverse urban functions, through a rational function, convenient transportation, a balanced space and sustainable ecol

12、ogical matrix, combines each organ function, and plays a catalytic effect. It takes greening functions as a dominant function, integrates diverse urban functions, and adopts a viable urban complex function mode. The mode which is low-carbon eco-oriented to meet the development trend of the times wil

13、l become 4the new urban power. The Establishment Significance Green complex, with the main line for the development of eco-friendly features and the development of a series of eco-dining, hotels and entertainment and other industries, plays an important role in economic development in urban agglomer

14、ation, affecting and radiation. Green city complex is a combination of different functions of buildings with a variety of functions but obvious demarcation. Working along with both city complex construction and promotion of energy-saving environmental protection, which is namely “high-end positionin

The Conceptual Design Innovation of Green Urban Complex on the Bank of Han River of Wuhan Architectural Prefabricate Units Traditional Building Structure In China, the main traditional structure is wood,

19、rn Prefabricated Units With the development of computer-aided design technology, more and more modern architectural design will use the computer virtual reality technology for architectural visualization 3D preview. With the help of the computer, designers can understand the effect of his design pro

20、ducts directly 3 and also start to use this technology for precision calculations, research, testing, etc. to calculate the feasibility of the architectural design scheme. It is because of its high-precision, high consistency and high productivity, that high-rise building body in this case, will use

21、 this advantage, on the basis of the prefabricated units, firstly prefabricate the 6floor unit and then lift and link by lifting frame steel structure and tongue and groove. This way not only ensures the accuracy of the same body on each floor, but can also save time, and shortens the construction p

However, at the same time, we ignore the adverse effects on the urban environment caused by dense high-rise buildings. Therefore, this program gets inspiration directly from the blocks a

24、nd plants and builds the building in building-block approach. The new visual identity sensory structure is built on the composition of elements, that is a point, line, surface, position, direction 5. By simple geometric shapes, in different combinations, plus the vertical distribution of grain, we a

25、im to create a group of green, energy and versatile centralized architecture green city complex, to meet the 7peoples various social activities and improve our natural environment. (Fig.2) The Internal Structure Concept In the internal structure, we pursue “less is more” and “form follows function”

26、principle 6, following the design concept if Mies van der Rohe and Louis Sullivan, abandon too cumbersome decoration. We regard the generalization and comfort as the core of the internal structure, and regard good functions as a beautiful decoration. And considering its premise “green”, the internal

27、 structure should with the principle of keeping a low-carbon green energy, reasonably arrange indoor lighting and reduce decorative lamps and minimize power main light; the overall water construction should recycle and save water; and we also should install solar glass curtain wall to save electrici

28、ty. Combining these series of energy-saving measures and minimalist interior, we can create a modern and even ultra-modern dcor. Fig.2. House analysis chart Bridge Park The Design Concept of the Park Bridge For a modern metropolis, the park is usually seen as the Pure Land for people to escape from

29、the hustle and bustle. 8Highline Park, located in the west side of Manhattan in New Yorks Chelsea neighborhood, was an elevated freight railroad abandoned for nearly 30 years. In New York City implementation of the reconstruction program, the park got rectification and was developed into a natural g

30、reen space. Refer to the Highline Park in Manhattan; in this case, we also plan a similar pattern of the bridge park to erect one bridge park off the ground about 20 meters in the form of viaduct. Bridge Park is Connected with Architectural Building Body As a bridge park, we should take bridge as th

31、e preferred carrier of the park. So as a bridge, the first choice has its own support system, and we will generally divide a bridge into five parts: the bridge span structure; support systems; pier; abutments and abutment foundation. 32、tructure of bridge span, and the later three are the lower part. Based on the five parts, as the bridge park is not like the New York High Line Park which is an independent existence, but connected with the green urban complex of hotel buildings and apartment buildings so it also relates to the conn

33、ection of the bridge body and the floor. In addition to the bridge park pier, the 9hotel building and apartment building also serve as two pier foundations of the bridge, carrying part of the bridge, while the abutment body extends to pick two buildings on the platform, in the converge on the use of

So we set three water-saving modes: collecting natural rainwater, recycling domestic water and recover irrigation. Drain Mode Requiring irrigation will need drainage. Especially in this program, there w

37、ill be a larger area of vertical greening. The 10result of irrigation and drainage is largely related to the future use of urban complexes. So for vertical green vegetation on the building body, we will lay ceramic and glass fiber layer in each planting bed in order to facilitate ventilation and dra

38、inage, and install gutters on the sides of the planting bed, and then connect the gutters with drains. These drain pipes will be settled with down the comer of domestic water, the difference is that water in irrigation drain will be recycled after purification filter. Functional Planning Green Funct

39、ion As a green city complex, “green” does not only reflect on its internal structure, and the carbon emission reduction system may have been operating in a place difficult to find. However, in visual places, it should give people an intuitive green embodies greening rate. In the case of the concept

40、design, greening rate is totally divided into three parts: horizontal graining; 2 vertical greening; 3 Bridge Park greening. (Fig.5) Horizontal greening mainly refers to vegetation cover on ground segment. Rely vertical greening mainly relies vegetation cover on the building body, and which is worth mentioning is that in this case, the stretching parts
