If the human civilization intends to pass on from generation to generation, the life must continue. As the juveniles and children are the successors of th

2、e future of mankind, therefore, their health has been paid more and more attention. As a survey showed, in recent years, Chinas juvenile physical health problems became more and more serious. With the decline of physical fitness, the psychological health is also severely affected. These problems wou

3、ld affect our future development. Education in form of sports games is an effective method for the juveniles, which can not only develop a fit body and a healthy mind of them, but also explore their intelligence and change their mentality. This article through the researches on sports games identifi

4、es the influence of sports games on the juveniles physical and psychological health, intelligence and personality and so on, in hopes of playing an active role in guiding the juveniles health development. 2Key words: sports games, the juvenile, physical and psychological health, intelligence, person

5、ality 1. An Overview of Sports Games The so-called “sports games“ is an important sports form derived and developed from the games. Based on sports, with integrating the physical development, the physical and mental entertainment and intellectual development, sports games is one kind of special spor

6、ts with body movements and thinking exercises together, in form of games to achieve the purpose of exercises and promote the comprehensive development of the physical and psychological coordination at the same time. 2. The Influence on Physical Health Sports game is a sports-based movement, through

7、sports games, the young people can well exercise their bodies, to promote the better performance of the various organs of body, and enhance the resistance as well. 2.1 The content of sports game is very rich and the form is various, which can effectively accelerate the fully development of the juven

8、iles body. Sports games is in form of body movements to do exercise, and the form and content of the activities are preset, so the participants can allow the body to withstand the bearable sports load through these activities. 3That is very conducive to the bodys growth and development. 2.2 The prac

9、ticality of sports games makes it be a kind of skills which are very easy to master. The inspiration of sports games sources from types of the human movements such as running, jumping, walking, creeping, climbing, and casting and so on, all of which are the most elementary body movements. So sports

10、games could great improve the technical level and the basic ability of activity of body. Meanwhile, the activities form and the environment of sports games can be changed at will, which can enough advance the elemental qualities of the juveniles body on strength, speed, stamina, and sensitivity and

11、so on, also upgrade their capacities of judgment, innovation and memory as well as the adaptability to the world, etc. 2.3 Sports games is in possession of strong features of entertaining and interesting, which can totally mobilize the enthusiasm of the young people involved in the games. Sports gam

12、es is the sports compounded of the athletics and the entertainments. 3. The Influence on Psychological Health Development Sports games have an interacting relationship with the adolescent psychological health development. Taking part in sports games can enhance the adolescents psychological health 4

13、and functions. In reverse the good mental state is beneficial to dominate them to participate in and complete the sports games. 3.1 Sports games can develop the self-confidence of the juveniles. Whether the psychological quality is good and whether the psychological state is stable, are directly rel

14、ated to the life and study of the juveniles. With a variety of activities form, sports games, allows each of the participants in games to be the winner. 3.2 Sports games can effectively control and regulate the emotions of the young people. People created games for the pursuit of happiness and fun.

15、Games are conducted under the way of fair, unprejudiced and free, and can efficiently and perfectly display the participants relaxed and happy mood. The participants focused their entire attention on the fun during playing games, which let their body and mind relax, and obtain the emotional satisfac

Sports games not only cultivated their self-confidence and self-esteem, but also effectively helped them control their emotions, and boosted the development of psychological growth toward the road of health. 4. The Influence on Intelligence 5In psychology, intelligence refers

17、to the ability of memory, observation, attention and imagination. Sports games can not only exercise the body of the young people to promote the development of their physical and mental health, but also have important influences on their intellectual development. 4.1 Sports games can improve the res

18、ponse speed of the participants as well as their intellectual function of the brain. Regularly participating in sports games can effectively enhance the sensitivity of the sensoriums like auditory organ and visual organ, and the reaction speed of the nerve cells in the brain can also be greatly incr

19、eased accordingly, the comprehensive ability and analytical capabilities of the pallium would be strengthened, too. 4.2 Sports games can improve the young peoples capacity of observation. In sports games, each game skill is grasped by the young participants from understanding. 4.3 Sports games can i

20、mprove the young peoples imagination. Sports games are the play of the imagination. In games, the participants were asked to play their own imagination to complete the required tasks. In the design process of sports games, the innovation and development of any movement was completed through imaginat

21、ion, and the young people can join in the entire game 6design process as well, which helps to improve the young peoples imagination and the ability to innovate. 4.4 Sports games can improve the memory and attention of the young people. In sports games, there are so lots of rules and so many technica

22、l actions that requires the participants to remember clearly, and that some actions must be finished in coherent way. All of them require the participants to be able to remember. When the young people keep those rules and actions in mind, their memories have been exercised. In some sports games, lik

23、e “anti-password“ game, the mind of the participants must be highly concentrated without any laxation. This kind of sports game can exercise the attention of the young people. 5. The Influences on Personality In psychology, personality means a persons overall mental outlook, the core of which is the

24、 competence and temperament. In its unique form, sports game impact on the formation of the personality of the young participants. 5.1 Sports games focus on the physical and mental development. That can promote the formation of the healthy personality of the juveniles. The influences of ports games

25、on the formation of the healthy personality, mainly depends on the feature of its physical and mental co-development. The one hand, 7the suitable games in sports games enhanced the juveniles resistance of body and the ability of regulating on immunity of organs by stimulating their physiological bod

26、y, which laid the material foundation for continuously building a healthy personality; On the other hand, through cooperation between the groups and learning how to master a variety of sports skills, the participants in games, gradually improved their cognitive ability and willpower, and their self-

27、confidence, personality and teamwork skills have been enhanced and developed constantly. Its good for them to strengthen their ability to adapt to the society, and to enrich the basic connotation of their personality ceaselessly. 5.2 Sports game takes enhancing the physical health as its goal, which

28、 is the fundament of the rich personality of the participants. 5.3 The learning process of Sports games organization is an important means to enhance the participants personality. In sports games, firstly the participants through the practice of the organization of cooperation between the groups lea

29、rned the trade-offs of interests conducted in the world, formed and developed the view of life, value and world that meet the needs of the society, to build a fine foundation for their future development in 8adapting to the community. And then through the content of games, the participants cultivate

30、d the moral character of legal compliance, and enhanced their sense of competition, to build the foundation for existing in the world in the future. Finally at the end of the game, the juveniles can feel and witness the success exchanged with the hard work, to develop their willing characters of bra

31、veness, self-confidence and the ability to endure the hardship. Sports games are not simple games sports, but are the effective way to make the external behavior of the participants be coordinated with their heart. 6. The Influences on Individuality Development The children, who are in the adolescen

32、ce, are full of rebellious thoughts. During this period, it is very necessary to properly train their individuality to let them developed healthily. 6.1 The features of interesting and entertaining in sports games, can contribute to the extension of the juveniles interest. Interest is the best teach

33、ers for learning. The features of interesting and entertaining in sports games just meet their development needs. Through kinds of sports games, the juveniles interest could be broadened, and enable them to obtain a strong emotional experience. 96.2 The competition in sports games, provide a good ba

34、sis for the development of the adolescent individuality. Today is the era of market economy, with the deepening of reform and opening up and the market economy, the competition in each filed turns increasingly fierce. Due to the environment for the survival of the young people, so that they were not

35、 able to feel the presence of competition, the same situation happed in their learning surroundings. But the inherent competition of sports games, entitle them to have the breath of the modern society. 6.3 The fairness and regularity of sports games can raise the adolescents awareness of the social

36、norms and morality. The teenagers often played a specific role in sports games, and complied with the requirements of the role, so that they understood the rules and obligation should be abided and performed by each role in the social life by imitating different social roles. Under the unconsciously

37、 influence, the awareness of social morality of the juveniles was shaped. The participants in sports games can be inspired, which plays a significant role in promoting the development of their awareness of the social norms and morality. 7. Conclusion Sports games not only cultivate the juveniles int
