In the scientific outlook on development, the requirement of the sustainable development of socialism is proposed, and also the coordination between economy and social development is h

On the basis of the guidance of advanced ideas, the logistics industry will also be improved toward the green direction, thus realizing the industrial innovation through the introduction of the advanced science and technology. 1. The Development of Green Logistics Green logistics r

In recent years, China has made many remarkable achievements i
9、n the logistics industry. For example, in the first half of 2010, 55 logistics enterprises in Shanxi Province realized a business income of 243 million RMB, increasing 35.3% over the same period of 2009; the operation profit was changed from a loss of 6.586 million RMB in 2009 to a gain of 15.03 mil
10、lion RMB in 2010; the total taxes paid by the enterprises reached 187,000 RMB, increasing 25.1% over the same period of 2009. The development of green logistics is with significance of multiple aspects: changing the traditional logistics management model; promoting the improvement of the income of t
11、he whole industry; environmental protection is the key requirement of the sustainable development, and adhering to the development of green logistics is helpful for the reduction of the environmental pollution; the innovation of social science and technology is driven, and developing the new logisti
12、cs industry with green science and technology can also play a significant promoting role in the whole social change. 2.Analysis on the Actual Application of Green Logistics Technologies The development of green logistics requires enterprises to make changes in business management ideas. Specifically
13、, it is 4necessary for enterprises to be guided currently under the philosophy of sustainable development, and also positively transform the existing management model, so that the goal of “energy conservation, environmental protection, and low consumption“ can be realized sooner for the logistics in
14、dustry. Science and technology is the fundamental power that drives the economic change of all industries. Therefore, the pollution problem caused by the industry can be thoroughly solved only if science and technology are used as support for improving the logistics operation system. In this paper,
15、the author thinks that the following technologies should be focused by the green logistics industry. 2.1 Resource Technology Resources are the material foundation for the long-term development of the logistics industry, and therefore the shortage of the adequate resources imposes restrictions on the
16、 normal operations of enterprises and then affects the economic benefits of enterprises during the operation period. For the comprehensive allocation of existing resources, improving the utilization efficiency of fixed resources is the technology that should be primarily promoted by the green logist

In the meantime, the introduction of the resource 5allocation technology is not only an essential part of green logistics, but also one of the main guiding ideologies for the development of the logistics industry. For example, enterprises can establish an automation resource allocation
18、 system, and then the allocation of resources can be completed by computer according to the needs of business; through the integration of existing resources and the optimization of resource allocation, the utilization rate of enterprises can be improved by enterprises, and also the waste of resource
19、s can be reduced. 2.2 Transportation Technology The transportation of products is an essential part of logistics services. The key of the reform of green transportation technology is to provide customers with highly-efficient mobile services. To create green logistics, it is necessary to make reason
20、able layout and planning for the transportation routes, shorten transportation routes, and increase the capacity of vehicles, etc. Thus, the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction can be achieved. Shanghai SHENTONG EXPRESS, which is a representative of the green logistics industry, has c
21、hosen a high-tech positioning technology in its transportation link and has used GPS technology for positioning the transportation points of 6vehicles, as shown in figure 1. Therefore, after the logistics number is input by users, the specific position of vehicles can be shown not only with texts, b
22、ut also dynamically with a GPS system. Thus, the transportation conditions of vehicles can be visually reflected. 2.3 Loading and Unloading Technology When products are loaded to vehicles, the manual operation should be abandoned, and a machinery automation operation system is especially required fo
23、r some large and heavy products. In this way, the risk of manual operation is not only reduced, but also the automatic operation of loading and unloading is maintained, thus keeping consistent with the green logistics. Under the guidance of the green logistics science and technology in the future, a
24、utomatic operation should be implemented in the loading and unloading area of products, thus replacing the manual work model with all sorts of machines. Many large logistics companies have to rely on automatic equipments such as forklift truck, crane, and bulk material handling machineries for proce
25、ssing the loading and unloading of products when their warehouses are fully filled with products, and also have to use an electrical control system and a mechanical control system as control centers and set up a multi-functional operation control model. This plan makes an 7improvement to the loading
26、 and unloading efficiency of products. 2.4 Warehouse Technology The location of warehouse is required by green storage to be reasonable, and thus the transportation cost can be saved. Meanwhile, the layout of warehouse is required to be scientific. Thus, the warehouse can be fully utilized, the area
27、 of the warehouse can be utilized to the maximum, and also the storage cost can be reduced. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a warehouse storage system, carry out a systematic management on the transported products, and also install and use the warehouse equipments of multiple functions, as s
28、hown in figure 2. Also, a large storage warehouse can be established by enterprises for increasing the capacity of the storage of products. At the same time, a storage control system can be designed through the application of information technology for easily controlling and managing the warehouse i
29、n daily times. 2.5 Packing Technology The packaging and loading/unloading of products are also key points necessary for the green logistics to improve. This is because that the effect of packaging has a direct relationship with the security of products in the process of 8transportation. Therefore, i
30、t is necessary to improve the operation standards of loading/unloading through using green technologies. With the application of green packaging, the recycling and utilization rates of packaging materials can be improved, the consumption of resources can be effectively controlled, and also the pollu
31、tion to environment can be prevented. However, to make the innovations of green logistics technologies, two aspects should be focused: (1) green energy-saving materials such as paper materials and fiber materials should be actively chosen for green packaging processing; (2) the green packaging way s
32、hould be taken, and the anti-corrosion, anti-vibration, and anti-leaking ways can be used for the transportation of special products. 2.6 Information Technology A great development has been made by the scientific research project in China, and also information technology will become the technical su
33、pports for the innovation of science and technology in the future industries. Computer technology, network communication technology, and data sensing technology are the typical representatives of information science and technology, and have played a huge driving role in green logistics. In China, th
34、e major logistics companies such as 9SHENTONG EXPRESS, YUANTONG EXPRESS and SHUNFENG EXPRESS have applied a barcode system for scanning as shown in figure 3. Thus, the logistics information of all products can be quickly identified, and work personnel can easily make classification and search. In ad
35、dition, the warehouse management system, applying computer as the control center for controlling the distribution operation in logistics warehouse, makes an improvement to the internal work efficiency of warehouse. 3.Management Decisions for Maintaining the Green Industry Technology is the core supp

Along with the implementation of the scientific outlook on development in the development of social economy, it is necessary for logistics companies to make innovations from science and technology, but also lay a stress on the optimization and control of the deci
37、sion-making of the logistics industry and adhere to the coordination operation between logistics technologies and internal control. 3.1 Personnel A scientific and professional training plan should be established by logistics operators, so that the operation skills of logistics can be constantly enha

Also, it is necessary for logistics operators to set up a correct ideology, 10affirm the significance of the work quality of logistics personnel for the business development, and also persist in changing the early logistics operational model. In the meantime, the personnel of all departments c
39、an be called together for training, so that their professional skills can be improved from theory, operation and practice, and also high-quality logistics services can be provided for customers. 3.2 Business Management Reform and innovation are a fundamental power for an undertaking to change and de
40、velop. In logistics companies, innovation should also be used as the source of power and then implement innovation from three aspects (human resource, material resource, and financial resource). For example, the traditional operation model should be properly adjusted, the operation flow of the logis
41、tics management model can be segmented, and also the distribution tasks of logistics can be assigned to each employee; new internal management schemes such as information management can be designed. 3.3 Income Logistics is an industry of high investment and low income. However, in green logistics, a great number of advanced science and technology as well as hardware facilities are introduced, and the control of the industrial income is highly stressed.
