1、1Study on the Development of the Preschool Physical Education in the Minority Nationality Regions of bstract: In this paper, the development situation of the physical education activities for the children in the kindergartens of Kaili city of Guizhou province is taken by the authors as the research

2、objects, for the purposes of getting a comprehensive and objective understanding of the current situation of the physical education activities in the kindergartens of Kaili city of Guizhou province and carrying out an in-depth study on the theories and practices of the physical education for the chi

3、ldren in the minority nationality regions of Guizhou province at the same time. As a result, to some extent, this paper can provide a reference for the reasonable organizations as well as the developments of the physical education activities for the children in the kindergartens in the future. Research Objects 2The development situation of the physical education activities for the children in the kindergartens of Kaili city of Guizhou province is mainly taken by the authors as the research objects. Specifically spea

5、king, forty kindergartens of Kaili city of Guizhou province are invited to participate in this study as the research objects. 2. Research Methods In this researching process, the main research methods which are utilized by the authors can be concluded in the following.Through the literature consulta

6、tion method, the domestic periodicals and degree papers related to the physical education activities for the children are searched by the authors on CNKI and WANFANGDATA. Through the interviewing and on-the-spot investigation method, the authors personally go to the forty kindergartens in Kaili city

7、 to have an interviewing and investigation with about 1000 children who are four to six years old. In addition, the authors personally interview part of the experts in children education at the same time. Through the logical induction method, in making an analysis on the literatures and data informa

8、tion and writing this paper, the authors comprehensively take advantage of the logical methods such as the induction and deduction, and the analysis and 3integration. 3. Research Results 3.1 Current Situation of the Kindergartens of Kaili City 3.1.1 The System of Establishing the Kindergartens There

9、 are sixty-seven kindergartens in Kaili City in total at the present time. Among them, fourteen kindergartens are public and take up 20% of the total; fifty-three kindergartens are private and take up 79% of the total. Among the public kindergartens, five kindergartens are the first-class and three

10、kindergartens are the third-class in Guizhou province. Among the private kindergartens, only one is the first-class in Guizhou province. The results show that the kindergartens which are established and maintained by the government and the education department only take up a small proportion (20%) ,

11、 while the kindergartens which are under the private management occupy a large proportion (79%). 3.1.2 Current Situation of the Physical Education Activities in the Kindergartens of Kaili City According to the interviews and investigations from the authors, the contents of the physical education act

12、ivities in the kindergartens of Kaili city mainly include the morning exercises as well as playing games. At the present time, the 4physical education courses, which should be specifically offered for the children the public and private kindergartens of Kaili city, are still in absence. In the mean

13、time, there are no physical education teachers who should be specifically offered for the children in the kindergartens. Generally speaking, the physical education activities in the private kindergartens of Kaili city are majored at the morning exercises and the free activities. Such a form of activ

14、ities seems to be very dull. At the same time, the fields and facilities for the activities are not so well-improved. The morning exercises mainly include the free-hand gymnastics and the games. However, the games mainly include the running, jumping, crawling and crossing, and seldom touch upon the

15、practices of the basic actions, body postures as well as the gymnastics. From the interviews and investigation, it is found by the authors that the objective of the management layer of the kindergartens of Kaili city for the children physical education is far from being sufficient. In the mean time,

16、 a majority of the parents are in shortage of a clear objective on the children physical education, not mention to a clear concept on the children physical education.The main foundations for the physical education activities in the kindergartens of 5Kaili city source from five major areas, which are

17、 language, science, society, health and art. From the investigation, it is discovered that the physical education is not one of the issues that attract the attentions of the parents and the parents often think it is enough for the children to have outdoor activities and games due to the profound inf

18、luence of the traditional education concept. 3.2 Several Problems in the “Health Field“ of the Kindergartens of Kaili city 3.2.1 Shortage of the Body Building as the Children Physical Education takes the Children Game Activities as Representation Through the investigation, it is found that the child

19、ren games are usually utilized as the physical education activities in the education of the “Children Health Field“ in the kindergartens. In other words, the games are used as the most important contents in the health field. Whats worse, during the process of making the game activities, the movement

20、 densities and loads of the activities of the children are seriously not taken into account in these kindergartens. At the same time, part of the contents of the selected game activities cant exert the body building role. 3.2.2 No Special Teaching Materials for the Children 6Physical Education and H

21、aving a Large Randomness in the Teaching Process At the present time, there are unified teaching materials for the physical education activities in the kindergartens of Kaili city. Generally speaking, according to the conditions of all children, the teachers make an arrangement on the physical educa

22、tion activities by their own. This is a very common phenomenon in the physical education activities in the kindergartens of Kaili city currently. 3.2.3 Low-level of the Game Activities not to reach the Health Goals The main physical education activities in the kindergartens of Kaili city are not onl

23、y the games and also are in a low level. The childhood is one of the most important periods in the growth of a person. If the amount of exercises is too low, they will not exert the role of making an enhancement to the physical quality. However, at the present time, it is a very common phenomenon th

24、at the exercise amount of the physical education activities in the kindergartens of Kaili city is in a low level in general. 3.3 The Outdoor Sports Venues are small without Area Division 7Among the forty kindergartens participating in the investigation, eight kindergartens meet the requirement that

25、the smallest area for an outdoor sport venue should be 397m2 in a kindergarten and they are the first-class or the third-class in Guizhou province, and other private kindergartens are generally not in conformity with such a requirement. 3.4 The Situation of the Faculty of the Kindergartens in Kaili

26、City 3.4.1 Age Structure There are two extremes in the age structure of the faculty of the kindergartens in Kaili city at the present time. As the formal systems for the teachers in the kindergartens are far being sufficient, the elder teachers in the public kindergartens take up a large proportion

27、and also possess very rich experience, but they are in shortage of the energy; however, the young teachers take up a very small proportion of the total teachers in these kindergartens. In the private kindergartens, the young teachers take up a large proportion of the total teachers and also have suf

28、ficient energy, but they are in shortage of the relatively rich experience. In addition, the fluidity of the teachers in the private kindergartens is very large as the formal systems for the 8teachers are not sufficient. 3.4.2 Education Background Structure The teachers in the first-class to the thi

29、rd-class kindergartens of the province attain a very good education background, and the teachers with an education background in the technical secondary schools reach 100%. However, only 50% of the teachers in the private kindergartens attain an education background in the kindergarten training scho

30、ols. 3.4.3 Professional Training Situation Among the forty kindergartens participating in the investigation, almost all of the teachers in the first-class to the third-class public kindergartens of the province graduated from a kindergarten training school. However, they did not receive any professi

31、onal training in the children physical education as well as the learning in related aspects. 3.5 Kindergarten Funds Guizhou province is a region which is under the less development in China at the present time, and there is a common situation that the capital investment on the kindergartens is far f

32、rom being sufficient. Through the interview with the presidents of the kindergartens in Kaili city, it can be known that there is a financial allocation for 9the public kindergartens at a regular time but it does not exceed 20000 RMB each time. However, the private kindergartens do not enjoy the fin

33、ancial allocation from the government and they collect funds by their own completely. 4. Analysis and Discussion 4.1 Analysis Through the above investigation, it is discovered that the game activities designs and the content arrangements in the kindergartens of Kaili city are not in conformity with

34、the scientific body development laws of the children. Almost all of the kindergartens in the Kaili city do not know how to develop the physical qualities of the children. Physical education activities are majored at the playing of games, and this ignores these activities as the systemic implementati

35、on and development, consolidation and improvement. 4.2 Discussion Childrens physical education refers to the education which enhances the physical qualities of children through exercises. In the processing of developing the childrens physical education, the basic actions, sports and games and the sp

36、orts equipments should be used as the main expression forms. Among them, the childrens physical education takes the sports games 10as expression forms and these games are used as the main courses. According with Childrens Physiological Characteristics, Childrens bones are in the growth stage, the mo

37、isture and organic matters are abundant in the bones but the inorganic salts are few, so it is easy for the bones to be bended, deformed, dislocated and injured in joints; muscle has abundant moisture, is flexible and software and has thin fibers as well as the poor strength and durability; the card

38、iac muscle fibers are very thin, the distributed elastic fibers are very few as well, the heart contraction force is very weak, the blood pressure response is unstable, and also the vital capacity is very small. Therefore, it is highly necessary to pay attention to the physical education game design

39、, and the pressure on the children should be not high. According with Childrens Psychological Characteristics, The children in the physical education activities are easy to trust and rely on their teachers excessively, and also their attentions are easy to be dispersed and imitated; the emotional changes are easily exposed. Based on the characteristics, it is necessary for teachers to pay attention to the interestingness of games when designing the teaching
