On the basis of the computer-aided training, we collect data in a large scale, analyze the training data and simulation results of the training to promote the training experience into theory,

This article is discussed this hot issue of how to combine computer with training practice, which gives us a computer-aided training mode. Finally the discussion of this training model will have some effects on the development of the

The drawbacks of traditional training mode As domestic economic and technological conditions is relatively backward; athletes, coaches, and athletic personnel lack expertise, resulting in the main features of our sports training mode performance, which are paternalistic help, emphasis on

The negative feedback system is a simple structure, and it is easy to be mastered and used by coaches, regardless of various 4types of interference

However, this training mode is easy to overlook the personality characteristics of athletes. On the one hand, high-level athletes accepted methods

On the other hand, for the non-linear system, a simple negative feedback method can only find local maxima. The body of athletics training is a typical non-linear s

32、ng mode is suitable for high-level athletes. In the Optimization Theory, we often use “simulated annealing“ to find the maximum value. The rough idea is that if the finding of the excellence gets into local maxima, it will change the initial value of a certain probability to find new optimization 5.
33、 Under Sports training, local maxima is the metaphor of the athletes competitive level, which is stagnant. At this moment, coaches often change elements of conventional training methods and training technical movements to let the athletes step out the 9platform. At this time, the coaches have been p
34、assively adopted this way of thinking to solve the problem. However, this way is a big risk. The reason is that a sudden change in the technical action may hurt the athletes, and also need a relatively long time to adjust. If we give these works to the computer, and use simulation technology to help
35、 athletes to simulate the motion results in a new training elements, which will be a small cost to solve the problem of local maxima. 3.Summary Computer science disciplines as a tool and does not have a direct result of the development of the training.
