C. grandis Yuhuanyu, and C. grandis Cuixiangtianyu) and one grapefruit cultivar (Citrus paradisi Changshanhuyu), was investigated using high-performance liquid chromatography diode array detection electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (HPLC-DAD-ESI MS/MS). Twenty-eig
4、ht flavonoids were identified. Naringin was the predominant flavanone in these pummelo varieties, whereas naringin and neohesperidin were the principal flavanones found in C. paradisi Changshanhuyu. The four pummelo cultivars had higher levels of flavones when compared with the grapefruit. Based on

The obtained pressure/temperature dependence on the V/V(0) and lattice parameter, agrees with the av
8、ailable experimental and other theoretical data. The results show that the ratio of Debye temperature (theta(p)/theta(0), velocities of longitudinal and transverse wave (V(1)(100), V(1)(110), V(T1)(001) and) V(T1)(001) anisotropy factors (A(001,(100) and A(001,(110), Youngs modulus (Y(111) and Poiss
9、ons ratios (sigma(111) and sigma(001) increase with pressure, while the transverse wave velocity (V(T2)(1-10), Youngs modulus (Y001) and axis compressibility decrease with pressure. But, the ratio of theta(P)/theta(0) decreases with temperature. Finally, the elastic anisotropy of NiAl and the smalle
10、r shear constant C = (C(11) - C(12)/2, as well as the different character of Youngs moduli and Poissons ratios along main directions, result from the strong hybridization effect of Al-p-Ni-d and Ni-d-Ni-d along 111 and 110 directions. In this study, the nutritional evaluation and antioxidant activity of sesame sprouts we
13、re investigated. As seeding days progressed, the free amino acids, gamma-aminobutyric acid and total phenolic compounds in the sprouts were rapidly increased while sesamin was reduced. Although a fatty acid composition analysis showed that sesame sprouts were abundant in unsaturated fatty acids, the
14、 crude fat content was gradually reduced during sprout growth. In the antioxidant assays, it was found that the DPPH radical scavenging activity and the reducing power of the sprouts increased as the seeding days progressed, which was positively related to the total phenolic content. Sesame sprouts

The results showed that pretreatment with sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS), hydrogen sulfide donor, increased the activities of ascorbate
23、peroxidase, glutathione reductase, dehydroascorbate reductase and gamma-glutamylcysteine synthetase, and the contents of reduced ascorbic acid, reduced glutathione, total ascorbate and total glutathione under water stress, compared to control and water stress without NaHS. Meanwhile, pretreatment wi
24、th NaHS decreased the malondialdehyde content and electrolyte leakage induced by water stress in plants, compared to control and water stress without NaHS. Our results suggested that exogenous hydrogen sulfide alleviated oxidative damage by regulating the ascorbate and glutathione metabolism in whea

27、ISA; Animal tissues Abstract: Modified 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropy) carbodiimide (EDC) method was employed to synthesize the artificial antigen of enrofloxacin (ENR), and New Zealand rabbits were used to produce anti-ENR polyclonal antibody (pAb). Based on the checkerboard titration, an indirect
28、 competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) standard curve was established. This assay was sensitive and had a linear range from 0.6 to 148.0 mu g/kg (R (2)=0.9567), with the half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC(50) and limit of detection (LOD) values of 9.4 mu g/kg and 0.2 mu g/kg,
29、respectively. Of all the competitive analogues, the produced pAb exhibited a high cross-reactivity to ciprofloxacin (CIP) (87%), the main metabolite of ENR in tissues. After optimization, the matrix effects can be ignored using a 10-fold dilution in beef and 20-fold dilution in pork. The overall rec
30、overies and coefficients of variation (CVs) were in the ranges of 86%-109% and 6.8%-13.1%, respectively. The materials were characterized by using X-ray diffraction, N(2) sorption, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and physical property measurements. The species of iron i
34、n the resulting carbons were metallic alpha-Fe and magnetite Fe(3)O(4)/gamma-Fe(2)O(3). The ordering of the mesostructure, the specific surface area and the total pore volumes decreased with the increasing amount of FeCl(3) used. The saturation magnetization strength could be easily adjusted by chan
35、ging the amount of FeCl(3) used in the synthesis. Ibuprofen (IBU) release behavior from the materials showed that the release rate of IBU increased with the increase of the order and loading degree. A micro-solid phase extraction (mu-S
39、PE) was developed utilizing cetyltrimethylammonium bromide modified ordered TiO(2) nanotube array. The experimental results indicated that modified TiO(2) nanotube arrays demonstrated an excellent merit on the preconcentration of PAHs, and there were excellent linear relationships between peak area
40、and the concentration of PAHs in the range of 0.2-100 mu g L(-1) and 1.0-100 mu g L(-1), respectively. The detection limits of proposed method for the targeted PAHs were in the range of 0.026-0.82 mu g L(-1) (S/N = 3). The real-world environmental water samples were used to validate the applicabilit
41、y of the proposed method and good spiked recoveries were in the range of 75.0-114%. All these results demonstrated that this new mu-SPE technique was a viable alternative to conventional enrichment techniques for the extraction and analysis of PAHs in complex samples. Transmission electron microscopy image showed that the as-prep
45、ared SrTiO(3) comprised nanocrystals with the size of about 24-44 nm. UV-vis absorption spectrum of the as-prepared SrTiO(3) nanocrystals displayed a wide absorption peak centered at around 365 nm (3.4 eV). together with a tail at the lower energy side.
