The three parts are: 我们就国家队运动员选拔按照两部分筛选政策，具体如下： In some classes, certain athletes are pre-selected based on exceptional past resu
2、lts and/or future potential. After those athletes are pre-selected. We will run a two-round selection system using the following two round: 第一部分，某些运动员由于过去取得优异的比赛成绩或是未来具备很大的潜力，我们提前在这些人中挑选国家队运动员。挑选完后，再进行后两轮部分来挑选剩下的运动员： “First round”-selection based on international results. This is based on world rank
3、ing, but in order to be eligible for the first round, sailers must have achieved a certain standard at an international event. 29、up 2019- 2019 年江之岛的世界杯2.4.2 However, any sailor/team who finishes in the top 3 at the the 2019 World Championship or 2019 Olympic Test Event will be automatically qualified for the Olympic Games. If two sailors/teams in one class achieve this standard, the system in paragraph 2.4.1 will apply, but o
30、nly between these two sailors/teams.任何在 2019 年世界锦标赛或 2019 年奥运会测试赛获得前三的中国运动员或船队将会自动拥有参加奥运会的资格，如果同级别的两名/组运动员同时达到该标准，将会使用正常的资格选拔体系(段落 2.2.1 中的的选拔标准)决定谁参加奥运会。备注：（1） 双人艇如果只有 1 人退役，则另外 1 人保留相关资格，可自由重新组合。（2） 如果一名运动员一年内在国际比赛中两次因为左右舷原因被判 DSQ，自动退出国家队；如果在一年内的国际比赛中因为规则 2 或规则 69 被判，自动退出国家队。10（3）国家队在备战过程中如需要陪练，则按照世界积分排名择优录取。（4）如有某运动员明确提出退役，则按照世界积分排名递补。（5）参加参加各项世界大赛运动员如因个人原因（如身体状况、兴奋剂、签证等个人因素）无法参赛，根据选拔方案进行递补。（6）其他奥运会级别将根据备战实际情况随后公布相关选拔方案。
