2、pring Support and Hanger31、32 、33 系列變力彈簧支吊架。Series 31, 32 and 33 Variable Spring Support and Hanger1. 安裝前注意事項 Notes before Installation 管道支吊架安裝的基本要求是:按圖安裝,精心調整,嚴格檢驗。As minimum requirements, the piping support and hanger shall be installed as per drawings and adjusted carefully. And strict inspection
3、 is also necessary.按圖安裝,就是支吊架零部件型式、規格和材料的選用,支吊架的定位、安裝和調整都應按照支吊架組裝圖或支吊架型式圖或支吊架明細和安裝指南進行。Besides selection for element type, specification, material of spring support and hanger, location, installation and adjustment of spring support and hanger shall be as per the requirements of assembly drawing, st
4、ructural plan and installation instruction. 精心調整,就是在支吊架組裝後,應按照設計圖紙和有關技術規範,對支吊架及其零部件的位置、連接、荷載等方面進行細緻的調接和調整。After assembly, all aspects of spring support and hanger and elements, such as location, connection, load and so on shall be adjusted carefully as per design drawings and related technical speci
5、fication.嚴格檢驗,就是在安裝前對支吊架零部件和材料的產品品質進行嚴格驗收;在安裝後、水壓試驗後和投入運行時對每個支吊架進行嚴格檢查並認真記錄。Before installation, the product quality of elements and materials of spring support and hanger shall be inspected strictly. Each spring support and hanger shall be examined and recorded carefully after installation, hydraul
6、ic test and running.另,變力彈簧支吊架安裝前,首先應該核對彈簧組件銘牌所示的管線代碼、吊架編號、型號、規格、彈簧整定載荷及熱位移量和方向是否與設計檔相符。在銘牌上貼有藍色箭頭”C”指示冷態荷載位置,它應與彈簧壓蓋上的指示線(箭頭)持平;紅色箭頭”H” 指示理論熱態位置。Besides, before installation of variable spring support and hanger, the line number, hanger number, type, specification, spring setting load and hot displa
7、cement and direction indicated on the nameplate shall be checked to see if they have met the design requirements. Blue arrow ”C” shall be attached to the nameplate to indicate cold load location, and it shall be flushed with the indicated line (arrow) on the spring gland. The red arrow ”H” represent
8、s theoretical hot state location.我公司生產的變力彈簧支吊架,在出廠前均已經精確整定在冷態載荷位置,請用戶放心!The variable spring support and hanger fabricated by our company have been set on cold load location before delivery, please take it easy.2. 吊架安裝說明 Installation Specification for Hangers ACBGEFD常規的變力彈簧吊架一般分為 A 型、B 型、C 型、D 型、E 型、
9、G 型。(如上圖所示)Regular variable spring hangers can be classified to type A, B, C, D, E and G ( as shown above).安裝方法如下:Installation Method1. 按照設計圖紙將吊架進行連接,常規的連接部件包括:吊杆、吊板、鬆緊螺母(又稱花籃螺母)、U 形耳子、環形耳子、管夾等等;Connection for hangers shall be as per the design drawings, and common connection pieces include: rods, h
10、anger plates, turnbuckles, U-lugs, ring lugs, pipe clamps and so on. 2. 旋轉鬆緊螺母,使吊杆受力,此時指示板處於安裝載荷相應刻度處(“C”標籤處),定位塊或定位銷容易取出,此時定位塊或定位銷不受力,可輕鬆取下,但定位塊或定位銷暫不要取出,待水壓試驗後或裝置運行前再取出,這時彈簧吊架所處的狀態即為安裝狀態(又稱冷態);Rotate the turnbuckle to make the rod in a forced condition, and at the same time the indication plate is
11、 located at responding scale of installation load (mark “C”). The locating pieces or pins are in unforced condition, and they can be got out easily. Get out the locating pieces or pins only after hydraulic test or before running, and now the spring hanger is at installation state (also cold state).3
12、. 水壓試驗後,所有彈簧吊架的定位塊或定位銷必須全部拆除,但嚴禁強行取出,必須在安裝狀態下取出,若不在安裝狀態,可再按方法 2 進行調整。After hydraulic test, locating pieces and pins of all spring hangers shall be removed fully at installation state, and getting out with force is allowed. If they are not at installation state, adjust as per method 2. 熱態調整:Hot Condi
13、tion Adjustment正常狀態下,彈簧吊架的工作狀態應該是:彈簧壓板的下邊緣對應於彈簧吊架銘牌上的“H”標籤處,若實際與此有偏差,可通過調節鬆緊螺母讓其回至“H”標籤處。In normal state, down edge of spring pressure plate shall be corresponding with mark “H” on the nameplate of spring hanger. If any deviation, the turnbuckle can be adjusted to mak it return to location of mark “
14、H”. 倘若實際工作載荷與其有偏差,需要調整,則可根據銘牌上的工作載荷和彈簧剛度資料進行計算後進行調整。If actual working load need to be adjusted, calculate as per the data of working load and spring rigidity on the nameplate firstly and then adjustment can be performed. 3. 支架安裝說明 Installation Specification for SupportsEFD常規的變力彈簧支架為 F(33)型,而 F(33)型中
15、有三種類型,即帶普通荷重板 F 型、帶四氟板的 F 型和帶滾輪的 F 型。Regular variable spring support is type F (33) , and it is classified to three types: type F with common load plate, type F with teflon plate and type F with roller. 安裝方法如下:Installation Method1. 將其擱置在承載結構上,可用螺栓將其固定或直接與基礎梁焊接;Put it on the bearing structure, and fi
16、x it with bolt or weld it with foundation beam directly. 2. 旋轉荷載重柱使其頂端的荷重板或滾子與管部緊密接觸,此時指示板處於安裝載荷相應刻度處(“C”標籤處),定位塊或定位銷容易取出,此時定位塊或定位銷不受力,可輕鬆取下,但定位塊或定位銷暫不要取出,待水壓試驗後或裝置運行前再取出,這時彈簧吊架所處的狀態即為安裝狀態(又稱冷態);Rotate the turnbuckle to make the rod in a forced condition, and at the same time the indication plate is

21、改的變力彈簧支吊架,其定位方式採用 3 個螺栓的定位方式,彈簧支吊架的型式也分為 AG 型 7 中結構型式。Type BSH variable spring support and hanger is modified and improved on the basis of standard JB/T 8130.2-1999, and it is located with three bolts. And types for spring supports and hangers are classified to seven structure forms: AG.安裝時需要注意:Note
22、s during Installation1. 基本的安裝方法與 VS(TD)的相同;The installation method is the same as type VS(TD) basically.2. 如果由於設計考慮不周或實際安裝空間不夠,導致如上圖所示荷重板與定位螺栓相碰時,應截去過高的定位螺栓,直至滿足安裝運行要求。If the loading plate is contact with locating bolt as show above due to lack of design consideration or installation space, the exce
23、ss part of locating bolt shall be cut to make it meet the running requirements. 4. 日常維護 Daily Maintenance在長期運行中,堅持對管道支吊架進行監督與維護是保證管道和設備長期安全運行的重要措施之一。事實上,管道支吊架是管道系統不可分割的組成部分,堅持對管道長年的監督,必然要同時對支吊架的監督。During long-term operation, it is very important to supervise and maintain the piping support and hange
24、r which can ensure the safety operation of piping system and equipments. Actually, the abovementioned work is included in the supervision and maintenance for piping system because the piping support and hanger is an impartible part of the piping system.對支吊架監督檢查的一項經常性工作是定期外觀檢驗。要在熱態時對每個支吊裝置的狀態和位置進行測量並
25、記錄。停役時間較長時,也要進行冷態檢查和記錄。鬆弛的支吊架,意味著設計錯誤或是安裝偏差或是管道發生了位移。為了得到正確的結論,必要時需結合機組檢修對管道實際直徑和壁厚進行測量,盡可能準確地確定其重量和抗彎截面模量;檢驗使用支吊裝置的性能和特性;根據實測資料,對管道重新進行靜力分析計算,從而分析管道位移發生偏差的原因並採取對策予以糾正。對支吊架進行調節,通常是其重要對策。Checking the appearance of piping support and hanger periodically is a usual work for supervision. Measure and rec
26、ord the conditions and locations of each support and hanger when it is in hot operation. If it is out of operation for a long time, then cold conditions shall also be checked. If the support and hanger is found to be loose, it means that the design is wrong, the installation is incorrect or the move
27、ment of piping occurs. In order to determine the correct conclusion, the actual diameter and wall thickness of piping shall be measured and the weight and flexural section modulus shall be determined. The piping static force shall be re-analyzed and calculated according to actual measuring data so t
28、o get the reason why the piping moved and find out solutions. Generally, adjusting the support and hanger is the important solution.對支吊架外觀檢驗,還包括支吊架零部件及焊縫的檢查。檢查受力部件是否有斷裂、損壞或銹蝕;焊縫是否有裂紋,或脫開;活動部件是否卡澀或並“死” 現象;聚四氟乙烯板粘接是否牢靠,老化等。The appearance inspection also includes the checking for attachments and welds
29、of support and hanger. For example, check that if there is rupture, damage or rust for force-bearing part; if there is crack or pull-off for welds; if there is unsmooth and blocking for moving parts; if there is ageing and loose for PTFE plate etc.對高溫管道的管部結構及其焊縫,應與所支吊的管道一樣,定期進行金相核對總和監督。As for pipe s
30、tructures and welds of piping system serviced at high temperature, the metallographic examination and supervision shall also be done periodically.支吊架的運行維護,除及時消除監督檢驗中發現的缺陷,更換已損壞或老化的零部件外,還應定期對支吊架零部件表面老化的防護塗層予以剷除、去鏽和重塗;對用潤滑劑潤滑的活動部件添加或更換潤滑油脂。The defect found during supervision shall be removed and the damaged or aged parts shall be replaced. The aged protective coating on surface of support and hanger and its attachments shall be removed, de-scaled and re-painted. In addition, grease or oil shall be added or replaced for moving parts.
