As to me, I tend to support the view that it should aim at cultivating the students overall abilities.Social progress needs overall-developed univers

Again, the answer is just simple: overall abilities. So we can come to the conclusion that the purpose of university should always target at cu
7、ltivating the overall abilities of the students.University is a place of concourse, whither students come from every quarter for every kind of knowledge. It is a seat of wisdom, a light of the world, a minister of the faith, an Alma Mater of the rising generation. Such is a University in its idea and in its purpose.
