11、he social practice department in our university as the president assistant, we held certain activity to recollect used clothes to people in poverty. I was in charge of 10 fellows to make it finished. So firstly I set a target for collecting 5 bags of clothes within 3 hours, then I discussed with fel
12、low about the places with the highest students flow as well as dispatch each individual to different spots, they would be allowed to help each other with their own work done. 17、 that we do, we also must consider the potential risks.Question In your opinion, what are the top three risks facing HSBC globally and why?Personally I think the following three concerns should be addressed as the top three problems for HSBC:(1) Money laundering:This can be a worldwide problem for a
18、ny one of the global banks. Given that commercial banks has the responsibility to keep secret of customers profile and financial records, tracing and detecting the resource of laundering problem can be filled with difficulties. Besides, this procedure can cause trouble to customers therefore worsen
19、the feedback from them to the bank.(2) Information asymmetry and transparency:Since most of the listed company have multiple financial reports to be shown to any part. For example, the report with lower profit levels will be sent to tax bureau for less taxation portion, but most of the time the bank
20、 will receive one with greater performance , indicating the positive signal of that company. The limited transparency has to be detected and revealed by experienced customer managers . This contrived prediction may cause trouble and uncertainty to HSBC.(3) Limited expansion of distributive network a
21、nd branchesUnlike the traditional local banks, global banking confront with the local legislation problem. Extra capital is required and there are geographical limitations on additional branches. Therefore distributive networks and branches which are great openings to attract large amount of deposit
22、s can be too expensive to realize. News revealed in 2015 that HSBC would cut off 12% of the worlds branches and retreat from the market in Brazil and Turkey.4. Everything we do at HSBC is done with “Courageous Integrity”. We expect everyone, no matter what their level or experience, to take accounta

25、ing New Years Gala . The final exams were approaching and there were only 2 weeks before the celebration . Our previous group leader came up with a timetable for the following rehearsals. Before informing our members, as the vice president at that time , I was asked to recheck the plan: Practice eve
26、ry weekends , 5h per time, all were required to present. Several problems were found :(1) All the rehearsals were installed on weekends so there would only be 4 times before the show (2) It could be hard for people to be back on campus deliberately .(3) Overtime training would decrease the efficienc
27、y and waste our time.Therefore I told the president that this was not a good plan and explained my opinion: Practice every other day during weekdays after class at sunset when the campus was done with classes ,and review what we have learned personally when back home at weekends. I gave him my reaso
28、ns for doing this:(1) We would be able to practice together for 3 times per week and 6 times in total , which was much more than the previous plan.(2) During week days people are all on campus, ensuring the presence. They would be free after class generally.(3) 2h per time can be more acceptable and
29、 easier for their understanding.But he insisted in carrying out his plan, saying that practicing on weekends could promise the length of time , nobody could reach an agreement.In order to solve the problem I had a mini conference with all the members directly and explained them with the pros and cor
30、ns of two plans. After they thoroughly understood them, a vote was launched and the timetable would be decided sequently.Eventually my plan was selected and we smoothed everything out efficiently until our flawless performance on the show. Because of our outstanding performance and cooperation we go
31、t the 2nd prize for that night. I was installed as our president after this time and acknowledged by group members.From this I got the idea of TEAMWORK. It does not only mean your bravery to challenge the authority, it requires more of the arrangement abilities under objective limitations and the understanding of your members. Keeping the fairness and defending for the interest of every team member can be the secret of achieving success.
