E-mail: 5(天津理工大学海运学院,天津 300384)摘要:随着STCW公约马尼拉修正案的正式生效,国家海事局加强了对轮机人员电气知识的要求。随着PLC控制系统在船用锅炉的广泛应用,轮机人员必须掌握其控制原理。基于某船用锅炉自动控制的特点,采用PLC技术对船用自动控制系统进行了设计和制作,该系统集自动点火、补水、蒸汽压力双位控制、安全保护等为一体的模拟装置,装置运行10可靠、操作简洁,为教育教学及适任评估提供了便利,

For the widely application of PLC control system on marine boiler, it requests the marine engineer to master the c

Basing on the characteristic of marine boiler, training simulating system of auto-control marine boiler was designed and made with PLC technology, which is a simulation device integrating automatic igniting, water feeding, steam pressure on-off controling and safety 25 protection t
