The surface of embedded part should be cleaned up and marked center line for anchor bolt rack.2、检查地锚框的焊接质量和规格、数量及配件情况，清点地脚螺栓的数
3、量、规格及配件情况，发现不符合设计要求时，应及时处理。地锚框上的油污、泥土等应清理干净，浮锈应提前除掉，所有构件不得刷漆。Check the specification, quantity and accessory etc of anchor bolt rack and anchor bolt, and inspect welding quality of anchor bolt rack, dispose of anyone which is not in accordance with design requirement. Oil contamination and mud on an
4、chor bolt rack should be cleaned up, float rust should be removed in advance, and all parts cannot be painted. 3、地锚框焊接安装之前应处理好柱头施工缝，不得在地锚框安装后进行凿毛作业，以免地锚框等被碰位移。上段柱箍筋应待地锚框和地脚螺栓安装后绑扎。地锚框与柱头埋件焊接前中心线和垂直度应粗调，调好后满焊于埋件上，焊缝高度不得小于6mm。为防止焊接变形，采取对称同时进行施焊。Dispose of construction joints of short column before anc

The rebar colligation of up section column should be done after the erection of anchor bolt rack and anchor bolt. Center line and verticality
6、should adjust coarse before welding anchor bolt rack to embedded part of short column, full weld to embedded part after fine adjustment and welding height cannot be less than 6mm. Adopt symmetrical welding at the same time to avoid welding deformation. 4、螺栓粗装 Bolt coarse erection （1） 、按图纸设计，将螺栓挂在地锚框
7、上。放置时应分清螺栓的上下丝头，避免将螺栓倒置；螺栓应基本放垂直。Hang bolt in anchor bolt rack according to drawing design. Distinguish the upside and bottom screw when place bolt, avoid bolt inversion; the bolt should be placed vertical elementary.（2） 、用水准仪测量、调整螺栓标高，螺栓顶标高按照+5mm 至+10mm 施工。Measure and adjust bolt EL with dump level
8、 and the EL of bolt top is +5mm to +10mm.5、螺栓精装 Bolt fine erection（1） 、将地脚螺栓插入固定框，先初步找正顶部轴线位置，再找正垂直度，使其符合规范要求，然后在底部焊拉结条于扶设架上使之稳固。Insert Anchor bolt into anchor bolt rack, alignment top axis place preliminary, then alignment verticality, to make sure it is accordance with specification requirement, a
9、fterward weld steel board at bottom of bolt to support and make it stable.（2） 、用经纬仪或挂线、吊线坠检查校正螺栓相对位置、标高和垂直度，校垂直度应在两个互相垂直方向进行。方法是：根据测量划出的基准点，用 24 号钢丝拉出基座控制中心线，依控制中心线量出与地脚螺栓组或螺栓中心线垂直方向的相距位置；Check and adjust relative place, EL and verticality of bolt through theodolite or hanging line and plumb line, a
10、nd check verticality from two mutual vertical directions. The method is: according to the datum mark set out with total station, pull out pedestal control center line with #24 steel wire. Base on the control center line to set out the position of anchor bolt group or the vertical direction against b
11、olt center line. （3） 、用水平仪测量每个螺栓的顶标高，标高由底部调平螺母找平。Measure every bolt top EL by dump level. EL should be adjusted through bottom adjusting nut. （4） 、在每根地脚螺栓周围焊四个小螺栓，通过调节小螺栓，来微调地脚螺栓的平面位置Weld four small bolts around every anchor bolt; fine adjust plane position of anchor bolt through adjusting these sma
12、ll bolts.（5） 、经校正平面位置、标高及垂直度后，各技术指标均控制在安装精度允许范围以内，将螺栓逐根上螺丝帽；下部两个不同方向钢板与扶设架可靠连接，将螺栓下端固定。Every qualification is under erection precision allowed range after adjusting plane position, EL and verticality. 13、nect to support, fasten lower part of bolt.二、施工注意事项 Construction Notices1、地脚螺栓应全部带线，施工线采用细钢丝，各柱子之间的地脚螺栓必须拉对角线检查，确保相对位移。All anchor bolts should be pulled center line; construction line should adopt fine steel wire. Check the diagonal line of the anchor bolts between columns to ensure relative positio
14、n.2、地脚螺栓上部用钢管锁死，外漏部分用塑料布紧缠，防止砼浇筑污染。The top of anchor bolt should be closed by steel pipe; the outside part should be tied up by plastic cloth to prevent concrete pouring pollution.3、砼浇筑时必须分层均匀进行，地脚螺栓四周厚度偏差不得超过 15cm。且浇筑时垂直下料，不得直接冲撞地脚螺栓和地锚框。Pour concrete layer by layer, concrete thickness deviation ar
