5、摩擦系数及减振等特性, 相互平稳滑动,确保机台精度。 机器主体结构采用模组化,坚固封闭箱型结构设计,经过周密结构分析,整体规划与设计。 各大铸件皆采用高级米汉纳铸铁铸造,均经过完全退火处理,消除残留内应力。 X/Y/Z 三轴滑道,采用完全支撑设计,在有效行程内任意移动位置,仍受到滑轨完全支撑,无悬空现象, 确保切削稳定性,滑轨精度及机械寿命。 主要铸件采高强度韧性米汉纳铸铁经退火应力消除,久不变形。 三轴 C3 级精密滚珠螺杆,经中周波热处理及精密研磨,各轴施以预拉减少热变形,定位及重覆精度高。 所有机械出厂 100%经过镭射校准三轴精度背隙 ,保证定位精度:0.005/300mm 重复精度:
