When placing multiple number of conical rotors nested one after each other, one will create an extruder for co-extrusion where individual melt flows from each rotor form a flow pattern “tube-in-tube” inside the extruder before the die and withou

6、t weld lines. The die to form the product shape is the same die as one would use if extruding a single layer WPC-product with one rotor Conex.传统挤出机内外螺钉与钢管为尖头圆锥形转杯与定子替换。把多个转椎体转杯一个个套放好,就形成一个进行双金属挤压的挤压机,从每个转杯中出来的单独的熔化流量在印模前方的挤压机内部形成一种“管套管”流动模式,不留下焊接痕迹。,FEEDING送料Feeding principle is forced feeding with

7、integrated single screw side feeders two for each rotor. Side feeders are dimensioned to total the overall output of the extruder; i.e. in 2-rotor size 500 mm Conex for the nominal output of 400 kg/h there are four side feeders 2 for each rotor at opposite sides - with feeding capacity of 100 kg/h e

Feeders are with heated barrels, special screw design and sufficient high power drives to induce shear in order to preheat the material formulation and release moisture when the formulation enters the vented rotor.送料原理为强制送料,每个转杯都有整合的单一螺旋侧面送料机。侧面送料机的尺寸要能容纳挤出机的总产量;即在有两个转杯大小500毫米的康纳克斯处理名义上每小时400公斤
