7、g Pillar turn on the Button of Arc move the Electrode to excite Arc(Change electricity to control the temperature of the Arc, move the Electrode to control the direction of the Arc. The Arc can not contact the mould and the manipulator.)2) Smelting the metal:(When you smelting the metal first time,t

9、tton 10-15s latter.5. Get the casting out and close-down the machine1. Cooling the alloy about 5 minutes, turn on the Deflation Valve, open the Smelting Room, take out of the mould.2. Close the Argon Cylinder close the Smelting Room Pump Low Vacuum once.3. Turn off the Vacuum Gauge turn on the Lighting Power turn on the Diffuser Pump Continue run the machine for one hour.4.
