11、品必须符合有关法律规定或经乙方确认的上市产品。All the related trading behaviors and products of Party A conducted on the trading system and platform shall be approved and confirmed by Party B complying with relevant laws and regulations.2、甲方应根据不同的席位，交纳有关交易费用，获得相关业务支持。交易费用包括但不限于席位费、产品构建费、运维费以及日常交易手续费等。业务支持包括但不限于交易培训、市场开发、融
12、资融信以及业务分成等内容。具体以双方确认的本协议附件或根据不同席位确定的相关补充协议等文件为准。Party A shall pay the transaction cost in accordance with different member seats to get the appropriate business support. The transaction cost will include but not limited to member seat fee, product planning fee, operation fee and daily transaction fe
13、e etc. Business support will include but not limited to trade training, market development, financing and finance, service split etc. Please check this signed agreement and related supplementary protocol of different member seats for more details.3、交易费用受产品和市场等诸多因素影响，具体以乙方书面确认或乙方公开发布的规则制度为准。Transacti
14、on cost are influenced by many factors, such as product and market, Party Bs written confirmation or rules and regulations released publicly shall prevail.第五条 交易及交易风险Article 5 Trade 2) all the regulations and rules on trade or trade management publicly released by Party B or confirmed by Party A; 3)
15、 trading rules or regulations released by Party B or jointly released by Party B and a third party or exclusively relased on Party Bs trading platform by a third party; 4) any agreement or engagement signed with other related parties without prejudice to the legitimate rights and interests of both p
16、arty; 5) Internationally recognized trading rules and trading practices where Party Bs rules and regulations not clearly defined; 6) The actual implementation of the transaction system of the Party B where the rules and logic not clearly defined in the regulations but recognized by Party B.第七条 争议及争议

19、from or related to this agreement shall be amicably settled through negotiations.2、协商不成时，可按照以下规则解决：所有发生争议或纠纷的相关各方，包括但不限于甲、乙双方或甲、乙任何一方与其他交易商、商银机构、交收仓库、对接银行、保险公司、物流仓储企业等，除非经电交所许可后其合同或协议另有约定，或电交所规则制度另有规定，任何一方均应向中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会天津国际经济金融仲裁中心提起仲裁，依照其仲裁程序依法进行仲裁。仲裁地点为天津。仲裁结果为终局，对各方均具约束力。When the negotiation fa
20、ils, it shall be settled in accordance with the following rules: All relevant parties in dispute which include but not limited to both parties or Party A or Party B or other dealers/members/ delivery warehouse companies/docking banks/insurance companies/ logistics warehousing enterprises etc shall a
21、rbitrate to the China international economic and trade arbitration commission Tianjin international economic and finance arbitration centre (unless agreed elsewhere on contract or agreement or regulated by Party Bs rules), arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the law. 22、ace of arbitration shall be Tianjin. The arbitration result will be the final binding on both parties.第八条 其他约定Article 8 Other items1、变更说明：乙方拥有对交易系统、交易规则及其实施细则等规则制度进行技术升级、风险把控、交易结算等服务条款进行调整、变更或更新的权利，并保留其最终解释权。所有变更、调整或更新应以乙方在其官网的公开发布的文件或通知为准。Statement of change: Party B have the right to upgrade the t
23、rading system, adjust or change the trading rules and detailed regulations on risk management and transaction settlement etc in terms of services. All the change, adjust and upgrade shall be subject to the notice issued publicly on Party Bs official website. 2、违约责任：由于协议一方违约给对方造成经济损失的，应按本协议以及乙方发布的交易规
24、则及其实施细则等规则制度的规定对守约方进行赔偿或补偿。Liability for breach contract: Due to one partys breach of contract, it shall make compensation for the others economic loss according to this agreement and other general rules and regulations released by Party B.3、责任免除：由于不能随时预见到的客观环境的改变以及任何技术上的问题或其他第三方原因引起的困难，包括但不限于法律法规和监

27、ce. comLiability exemption: As Party B may not forecast the change of the objective environment or technology issues or other difficulties caused by a third party at any time, which includes but not limited to the change of law regulations and regulatory policies, network break or other abnormal con
28、ditions mentioned in Party Bs rules and regualtions, Party B may not be able to provide services normally due to these issues, therefore Party B shall not take any responsibility for this. Both parties shall not bear the loss caused by force majeure in accordance with the relevant law.4、协议生效及终止：本协议自
29、双方授权代表签字并盖章之日起立即生效，有效期为壹（1）年。协议到期后，如双方无异议，则本协议自动延长，直至任何一方书面提出终止要求，且需要至少提前三个月。Protocol effective and termination time: This Agreement shall come into effect for one year as of the date of signature and seal of the authorized representatives of both parties. 32、h have the same leagal force with this agreement.6、本协议壹式肆份，甲乙双方各持贰份。本协议传真件或通过邮件方式送达的电子扫描件均为有效文件，与合法、有效的网上开户申请、付款凭证以及乙方开具的有效发票等均应被视为与本协议有关的合法、有效文件，并对甲、乙双方具有约束力。The agreement has two copies and each party holds one copy of this. 33、 account application, payment voucher and valid invoice issued by Party B are all regarded as legally valid documents related to this agreement binding on both parties.第九条 客户服务Article 9 Customer service1、乙方设有客服和投诉专线，为甲方提供热线电话服务，并委派具体的业务部门和人员负责提供日常业务咨询和服务，以保证乙方能及时为甲方提供更好的服务和业务支持。To provide better ser
