1、學生教育訓練課程之PACS Workflow簡介,前言,隨著科技的進步及醫院管理日趨複雜，為了應付龐大的醫療體系，醫院全面數位化應用成為醫院現代化的指標。在醫院數位化及網路化的過程中，最早建立的是HIS與RIS兩套系統，這兩套系統都以管理病患的病歷資料為主，設計之初僅考慮病患的文字資料，未將影像資料一併納入規劃。放射醫學部引進PACS，將所有的文字或影像都以數位的方式儲存，並以網路傳輸的方式傳送資料，使得全院得以利用網路來傳輸、處理及整合數位資料，如此達到全數位化的醫療環境。,What is PACS？,PACS = Picture Archiving and Communication Sy
2、stem影像擷取及傳輸系統是一項整合技術，除了能和醫院原有的HIS與RIS相容外，同時也希望透過網路的傳輸通道，連結各影像擷取系統、影像資料庫系統、影像處理及顯像工作站，將醫院所有不同的醫學診斷影像系統加以結合，達到資源充分利用的目的。大體而言，PACS是利用多媒體配合網路的傳輸技術將醫院各個部門整合起來，增加醫院的管理效率，並使醫師能透過網路系統達到會診及資源共享的目的，增進醫療品質。,What is DICOM ?,DICOM = Digital Imaging and COmmunications in Medicine 簡單的將DICOM定義為醫學影像儀器和軟體間共通的通訊規格。 DI
3、COM引入物件導向的觀念，它將每個影像包裹成一個物件 IOD (Information Object Definition)，每個IOD可分為兩大部分：像素資料(pixel data)、影像屬性(attribute)。所謂像素資料就和傳統方法一般，單純描述每一個圖像點的值，組合成一個影像；而影像屬性的部分，則包括了資料結構中的資訊，如：病患姓名、病歷號碼、檢查項目和日期.等，將這些資訊轉換為影像的一部份，在日後調閱影像時提供重要參考。,What is HL7 ?,HL7 = Health Level 7醫學文字傳輸標準醫療系統間共通的HL7標準，其主要是在訂定各類型醫療資訊系統(HIS, MI

17、ams”的工作清單,檢查是否有未正確歸檔者,以檢查管理員來合併,問題與討論- 檢查管理員(Exam Manager,EM),將病患身份合併將檢查合併刪除不要的檢查,登入Exam Managerhttp:/10.48.191.1/psem/PathSpeedEM.html,問題與討論-如何重傳送影像？,Verified (auto-verify),Dictation(口述),Transcribed,Report Approved,Arrived(影像上傳),*在viewer station上，若image 的status已是transcribed，重新處理影像(合併、分割影像)時，須先將檢查標示成“未確認檢查”，此時status變成Arrived，待重新上傳後，記得要再“標示為口述”，使status變成Dictation；此時醫師在報告室的viewer station上並不會看到該項目檢查，所以請告知醫師再重新檢視影像及報告。,*標示為口述,*未確認檢查,謝謝大家的聆聽,祝各位實習愉快！,
