1、面巾纸的生产工艺3.1原料进口漂白针叶木浆,白度89%,纤维平均长度1. 80mm,打浆度16. 5SR,湿重18g。3.2 工艺流程漂白浆碎浆机双圆盘磨浆机原浆仓配浆仓调浆箱混合池高位箱锥形除渣器稳浆箱网槽干燥卷取3.3 打浆工艺打浆浓度4.0%-4.5%,电流120-160A,打浆度45-48SR,湿重6-9g。3.4 抄纸工艺纸机抄宽1575mm,车速80-100m/min。助剂的加人:湿强剂WA0.05%-0.1%(对绝干浆)调浆箱内加人,分散剂 PEO0. 05% - 0. 10高位箱内加入,黏度2. 06 mPas,扭矩51. 5%(0#转子,150rpm,温度255) 。3.5

2、分散剂的溶解按0.03的溶解浓度计算,称取4kg 分散剂平均放入2个料斗内。首先在溶解槽内加水至第一组叶翅,开动搅拌器,搅拌速度为40r/min,开始加分散剂。 料斗内的分散剂经气流吹散,均匀地落在水膜上,进人到溶解槽内,整个加料过程不得少于40min,补加水到规定液位,再继续搅拌40min(气温低时在生产允许条件下,应尽可能延长搅拌时间或提高溶解水温度在50左右) ,制备完毕。经60目筛网导入分散剂贮存槽内备用。溶解时,将分散剂均匀地分散在水中的操作极其重要,应尽量使分散剂颗粒在进人溶解槽之前被水包覆,否则容易导致分散剂结块,溶液中产生果冻状难溶物。在搅拌和加人的过程中应尽可能地避免受过分的

3、剪切。搅拌后,时间充足情况下,可适当延长静止存放时间,使溶液有足够的时间熟化,使分散剂的溶解更加充分。溶解后的 PEO 要及时使用,存放时间不宜超过48h,溶解浓度越低,存放时 PEO降解越快,一般12h 用完效果最佳。分散剂溶液在制备和输送过程中很容易吸附水中的微小杂质形成“黏状脏料”附着在制备槽、输送管道的内壁,如果这些脏料进入上浆系统,会影响成纸质量和纸机的正常抄造。因此很有必要进行过滤、清洗、杀菌工作。PEO 是一种有机高分子量聚合物,从某种意义上说,它也是细菌、微生物的营养物质,尤其是在高温季节,有必要在系统中加入一定量的杀菌剂。Production process of tissu
