1、Unit 5 Our school第四课时一、教学指导思想与理论依据英语课程标准中明确指出,基础教育阶段英语课程的任务之一是:激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习方法,发挥自主学习的能力和合作精神,使学生掌握一定的语言综合运用能力,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,培养学生跨文化交际意识。二、教学背景分析1.教学内容分析本节课是北师大版教材小学英语三年级上册 Unit 5 Our school 第四课时语音教学,包括三部分,第一部分是 Sounds and letter 目的是让学生通过听说感知元音字母 U 在开闭音节中
2、不同读音;第二部分是 listen for U 目的是让学生从四个单词中听出字母 U 不同发音,并找出一个与其他发音不同的单词;第三部分是 Read with Uncle Booky 目的是让学生通过认读单词仔细观察发现字母 U 在开闭音节中的发音规则。第一部分共提供了八个语音词汇,有三个是学生从来没有见过的 mug、flute、June,且 June 一词发音很不容易掌握,意思也不容易理解。其他各部分中的单词大多是学生在一、二年级已经见过的,学生读起来不是难点,再有 U 在五个原因字母中排最后,前边学生已经了解了四个元音字母在单词中的发音规则,相信学生能很容易的发现 U 的发音规则。所以我们
3、的重点放在让学生发现规律、运用规律学习新单词上。2.学生情况分析三年级学生年龄较小,活泼好动,对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣,敢于表达,乐于交流。但语音教学本身却是单调乏味的,学生很少喜欢上语音课;学生虽然学习了三个元音字母的发音,但不能灵活运用所学规律认读新单词,所以要用灵活多样的方法引导学生灵活运用发音规则认读新单词是本课的重点和难点。三、教学目标(一)知识与技能:1.能从单词读音中分辨出元音字母 U 在开闭音节中两种不同的读音。2.能发现元音字母 U 在开闭音节中不同的读音的规律,并运用其发音规则认读新单词。故事引入新学生在韵律中很用讲故事、听知,以创编儿歌的形式操练单词,使轻松(二) 过程与
4、方法的掌握单词;用游戏的方法巩固字母 U 在单词中的发音规则,在游戏中运用发音规则读单词,帮助小兔子找妈妈。.(三) 情感态度价值观:运用多媒体课件激发学生的学习兴趣,培养他们的观察力和注意力; 在多种活动的辅助下为学生提供机会,给学生成功体验,培养学生运用字母 U 发音规则认读新单词的能力,促进学生善于听说、乐于听说等良好学习习惯的形成,发散学生思维,激发创造力。 四、教学重点和难点:(一)重点:1熟练认读语音词汇: teumbrella、butterfly、puppet、nut、blue、flu、June but bus 2. 掌握元音字母 U 的两种读音及发音规则。 (二)难点:能熟练运
5、用规则认读新单词五、教学准备多媒体课件、录音机、单词卡片、图片、大的海报六张六、教学过程Step1: Warm upSing a song. ABC song可以活跃课堂气氛,复习字母读音Shoostep2: Review1. look at the picture and read the letters: A、 E、 I、 O. Ce the letters and read the words in groups.复习 A、E 、I 、O 四个元音字母在单词中的读音,说规律为新课做铺垫2. Show the words in class.小组汇报时根据学生说的情况,给小组加分,增加竞争,
6、培养学生竞争意识.Step3: Leading into new lessons.We have five vowel letters. What are they? Ss: A E I O U. T: Which letter is missing? Ss: U. T: Today lets learn Letter Us sounds in the different words. Third, have them observe the words and find the rule of the letter“U“ sounding in the different words.通过让学生帮助 MOCKY 读单词的方法认读单词,使学生成为了故事中
